YouTube giving less visible choice

I've noticed in recent months that the categories on the front page of YouTube don't show Activism or Education, there also used to be a categories in the Filters option when searching.

I've managed to find it in the Charts, even that feature isn't visible; www.youtube.com...

All I really do is watch the videos by Anonymous. That's all I need.

That's a little strange. I'll give you that. And now a plug that everyone should know about. The Philip Defranco Show is an awesome news type show that everyone should watch. He doesn't b.s. around and surprisingly YouTube hasn't tried to screw him over....that's public knowledge.

The home page lists the 7 most popular, based on subscribers, and neither education or activism meets that criteria. You can also customize what you see if you log in via your Google account.

You can easily find them by searching for either keyword
Education: www.youtube.com...
Activisim: www.youtube.com...

YouTube changes its format so often, it friggin annoys me.
It started going on a down slope about two years ago but it's off the charts now.

I could go on but..........

Yah and I hate the link to your email account stuff so I just don't do it
It amazes me how people are so willing to put their info out there

I have to agree with you. I used to spend hours watching videos when they were easy to locate but after a few minutes there now I quit trying to stumble on anything interesting. I am not there for "Channels" but there for unique and individual videos and some of the tried and true stuff.
