I've seen those pics before, and seen so many different explantions too.

Whats the normal reaction when something leaks?
They leak a whole bunch of different BS that keeps us all going in circles.

Do you guys even know what that is? That thing has been hovering in space for more than a couple thousand years (supposedly). It is written is history and so forth. This thing isn't anything new. It's the Dark Knight Satellite:

why does government and nasa do things like this.. they put up pictures of things or video and then they either delete them or are like no no that is swamp gas or something a weather balloon...

Two reasons I can think of:

1. Fear of public hysteria, chaos, rioting, etc. It starts somewhere.

2. Fear of personal embarrassment and ridicule. Somebody ultimately gets the finger. So people act accordingly.

So basically, it's pitiful pathetic FEAR.

Interesting considering they allow linking to their classified database...not the tightest security.

Anyhow, as Chad has pointed out, there is no deleting, its just malformed url's.

The debris fields in Earth's orbit are pretty vast.

I was just watching the video this morning, which is a compilation of these alleged photos. My instinct tells me it's photo-shopped. What planet is that supposed to be anyway? No mention of THAT minute detail.

None of the "NASA" links work either. Or is that another conspiracy?

The sensationalized music alone makes me not want to give it too much credence.

I did, I looked at what Phage had found and agreed with what I saw, if I didn't I would have said, I have disagreed with Phage in the past you know.

Whats the point spending time looking for something when another member has found it already... saves my valuable time.
