Explosives thrown at Cairo protesters, tents on fire

Unknown attackers threw petrol bombs at tents housing protesters outside the Egyptian presidential palace in Cairo on Saturday, witnesses said.

A Reuters reporter saw several tents on fire and ambulances driving away from the scene late on Saturday evening.

Looks like things arr heating up in Cairo again. I don't know whether to feel sorry for the Egyptians or not. Out with one dictator, only to apparently "vote" in another. I use " " because voting was claimed to have been rigged. It also appears the military isn't going to relinquish power anytime soon. What a mess.

Why are they calling it explosives? When have petrol bombs ever been described or reported as explosives?

Molotov cocktails, improvised incendiary devices at a push.....but not explosives (yes i know they explode)

Just seems a bit of an odd word to use unless you were trying to over dramatize something.
