Interesting story! One caution, though; at least one link on that page came up as "untrusted" n my system. The page itself didn't, but one of the links did.

Looks like pretty good evidence of human trafficking. VERY real issue, and it happens all over the place. As much as it happens, there would almost have to be people in authority in on the business.

It isn't the first time Australia has had issues...

Very entertaining story..... Only, it is also very confusing. I read through this man's entire blog which started in November 2011, two years after his alleged kidnapping in Estonia. I'm still trying to figure out how all these pieces are connected??? If his alleged kidnapping was in 2009, he has been hanging on to this for quite a long time.

From what I can gather, he is claiming that Britt Lapthorne was murdered by the Russian Mafia via some study by Daubl on tuberculosis? And then her murder was covered up by Anna Kristiina Latt? First of all, the pieces of the tuberculosis paper that he is quoting do not match up to the autopsy of Britt Lapthorne.



As for the other 5 alleged victims - O'Gara, Daubl, Brown, Haigh, and Maye - how are they connected to Latt?? I didn't see any evidence of this connection or even an explanation? From his disjointed posts, I concluded that he thinks he found these girls in a porn video (I'll get to that in a minute) and he turned his "evidence" over to Interpol. It was only AFTER he sent this information to Interpol that Latt and her "Mafia Cronies" began harassing him and shaking him down?? So...in his mind....it *MUST* be due to his groundbreaking "evidence," right??? Is that the consensus everyone else got?

Okay, I did NOT watch the porn videos (meh...no interest in that) But just looking at the screen shots he posted, it is clear that Barbara Brown, Amber Haigh, and Niamh Maye are not the same person as the girl he is alleging in the video. As already pointed out, Brown would clearly be far older. As for Haigh, the nose is clearly different. And with Maye, well...that has a completely different shape to her face and she looks too old.

As someone else already mentioned, he also leaves a lot of important information out.... Under what circumstances did he put together the porn video with the missing persons reports for all these girls? Only ONE was from the UK....so how did he come across the others? And why has he not contacted the families of these people?

No posts in the past month. Wonder if they off'd him???

yes interesting points raised by him. I am not completely convinced but I do feel where there is smoke there is fire.

Some people commit crimes and then many years down the track they commit the same thing to be caught. I do think that Miss Brown is the girl in the vid and it was taken in the 80s. (porn was in color in the 80s and there is a difference with the pixels) that indicates to me that it is older. I tend to believe that whoever has found the connection which is astounding considering the amount of porn produced and uploaded on a daily basis... more than likely knew something was going on... human trafficking or crime.

Brown was American and it is noted that most of them had accents. I have not watched them either...
urgh.. It might be a good thing that I do check out some frames to ascertain features that can be lost with respect to various angles of a pic. The only thing I could not see was the hairline of Amber, but that is lost in the angle of the pic.

I have seen quite a few ciminal profiles (thanks to tv CSI) etc and I do feel that there is something to this.

As for his rants regarding Estonia... not sure.

Connection with Britt Lapthorne... interesting autopsy and perhaps a wild guess that in the University world, the tests required 3 subjects and three people could be that... Intriguing that the University pictures have been pulled from the net. Ghastly the post mortem of Lapthorne which also does fit the requirement for the laboratory tests.

This detective work is really interesting yet saddening at the same time.

The thing that I don't get is that Melina Daubl "has returned" according to our blogger. However, I find no record on the internet of her having returned and surely if she has returned then we ought to know more information from her account?

He claims that she was used in the videos but since her return "soon afterwards [assume he/she means soon after her disappearance]" then surely we know if this was a false lead or true?

Anyone in contact with the blogger?

Blogger goes into his alleged evidence "details" about Lapthorne & Mlakar murders being connected. At the bottom of his post, he states "The Estonian Court Seizure Order and Estonian Court Injunction of 22 January 2009 secured by Anna Kristiina Tomson of Eesti Politsei, Pikk Street, Parnu, Estonia for INTERPOL applies to this."

In his November 14, 2012 posting, he talks about Barbara Brown and speculates about white slavery in Australia. As part of this post, he indicates:

The Parnu Court Injunction obtained by Anna-Kristiina Tomson (now Latt) - on behalf of Interpol, Lyon for their Australian ‘client’ – is dated 22 January 2009.

The Australian "client" is the Australian Federal Police. This seems to be the only "link" the Blogger has provided to say that his shakedown in Estonia is somehow causal to the "evidence" he sent to Interpol. Of course, given the way he rambles and sometimes makes crazy assumptions (check out the whole tattoo & name section in Feb 2012), it is impossible for us to tell if the AFP really did file a motion under the Injunction in 2009, or if the Blogger just assumed conspiracy. Unless we see the actual "trumped up charges" in Estonia AND the Injunction papers, we will not know for sure if there is conspiracy (and some link to the Australian disappearances) or not.

Horrifying and heartbreaking....but what does this have to do with the missing women? These women were all adults and did not come from orphanages where alleged abuse happened.

Just don't want us to lose focus on the topic.

This is my concern, as well. If that turns out to be the case, then there is no basis for a conspiracy. Just because an agency doesn't respond to a "tip" (especially one which may be sketchy, as these seem to be), does not make them criminal or out to get you.

Again, I wonder if the Blogger has ever tried to contact the families of these women with his alleged "evidence" and what they say? Or...how the heck did he...a Briton....tie missing persons reports from women a world away with alleged porn videos unless he had inside information about the crimes (my emphasis)?

Yet another reason why I'd like to see the alleged "charges" & Injunction from Estonia that he feels are tied to his private "investigation"

Why do you feel it is suspicious? If the woman died years ago, why would they keep the pictures up? Server space can be a valuable commodity. Many websites regularly update their sites to keep them current. There were many links that the Blogger provided which are 404'd. It doesn't necessarily mean they are suspicious. At least, that wouldn't be my first thought.

I can certainly understand (and highly appreciate) him wanting to remain anonymous... However, if I felt my life was being threatened by an international conspiracy and I wanted to tell the world about it, I'd be certain anyone and everyone knew who I was so if I suddenly showed up in the paper as a "suicide" or under other suspicious circumstances, then people would question why. The Blogger goes on and on about how he doesn't ever use drugs and is not suicidal so.....(WHO???).....can be on the lookout for an untimely death??? Makes no sense why he would want to stay anonymous.

because all of the other pics are still available online...the ones socialising with uni people are removed...Blogger claims that is due to an injunction but the court docs are not available... the only link that comes up is the Estonia Court site.

Everything so far leads to deadends and that is sus also, imo.

I will do some different checks in other areas to see it anything else comes up. But why the hell would the blogger not put up the injuntions? why just post the link to the Estonia courts? AND why suggest the Australian Client is the AFP?

The sourcing really brings his find to an abrupt halt and even discredits what he suggests..that is weird.

the first composite does look similar to one of the chaps who is seen having a beer (that is one of the backpackers she was travelling around with and he was a suspect but has been cleared) So too the pic of the cop in this pic (they were cleared of any wrong doing) Britt Lapthorne's Father is highly critical of the investigation though.

The one with the spots/moles on his face... the composite has spots/moles also...

Be interesting to see how they were traveling around? Most backpackers/tourists catch buses/trains etc...the blue van that is mentioned by 2 other tourists that foiled an abduction attempt is interesting, also interesting that the cctv camera in the hotel was not working...

anyway, could be nothing but found an article about a blue van on a website... seems the driver was rude in some way to them when they were on holiday and a person wrote about it in their blog...

I think the composite is unreliable to go by but the blue van might be something? The fact a pic of the blue van with the number plate clearly visible in another Country is posted on another website providing info to 'backpackers' is quite astonishing.

Why the number plate? If a person was going to post a blog about an event... is the pic necessary and the number plate necessary? maybe if the website is providing warnings to backpackers?

I mean, what are the chances of that? Blue van reported as sighted when Britt Lapthorne went missing, 2 other accounts of backpackers and a blue van then another incident with 2 other backpackers in a different Country posted on another website... wow.
