The way I see this is, if you take the guns it is to restrict the potential for the Crimes that have been committed recently to occur now I'm not for the ban nor against it its hard for me to judge as I'm not a US citizen, it was interesting to note that the fire arms mentioned from the Alex Jones Video I Saw was the same type of weapon, now if it is a conspiracy wouldn't you say the same use of rifle is convenient to impose the ban of fire arms and the location of these shootings, this ban is it just for auto weapons or all fire arms ? (I know firepower is significantly reduced I'm just asking a Question)

Gun crime is small over here in UK however we are not allowed fire arms yet people still get a hold of them and they are used .......

Seems with all the talk of banning firearms there is an increase in shootings in the US; convenient.

These days, as far as I am concerned, there are few things to admire about the Socialist, Bankrupt and Culturally Degenerating USA, but at least so far, one thing remains: the right to bear arms and use deadly force to defend one's self and possessions.

People carried them concealed, they carried them holstered. Fighting knives were a prominent part of many traditional attires and those little tubes criss crossing on the costumes of Cossacks and various Caucasian peoples? Well those are bullet holders for rifles.

As many noticed, Obama with the help of his Knights Malta Cohort Chef Justice John Roberts fudged his Oath Of Office the first time around and once again I fully expect Obama will find a way to avoid swearing a clean and clear oath to Support and Defend our Constitution against ALL Enemies, foreign and domestic. Obama has, is and will continue to subvert and violate his oath of office, as would clearly be the case if he uses his So-Called Executive Privileged to in effect INFRINGE UPON THE 2nd Amendment A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed.

I am one American who believes Obama and Justice Roberts should be impeached; the list is in fact long but here, on the issue of the 2nd Amendment and Obama's use of an Executive Order to circumvent his oath should finally be the clear and undeniable cause for Impeachment.

Can't shake this feeling that during obamas inauguration there is going to be a staged event that will lock in his executive order on gun control, and that's the only way his order could go through without a fight.

NO ONE I've noticed says anything about his blackness but its fairgame to criticize his efforts to devalue our constitutional rights - is that not so? or does his blackness insulate him from any and all criticism of what many consider to be bad policy.

I have a 208 that ive used to hunt with for 8 years......it only LOOKS like an ar-15 because I changed what it LOOKS like.....it USE to just have a wood stock with scope.....now put a dif stock on it with a rail system for my atttatchments......but you people INSIST its an assault rifle , because your ignorance doesnt know the difference.......

They care about sales and the bottom dollar of their weapons. They care nothing about the second amendments rights to have a well "regulated militia". Where are the well regulated militias being run by the NRA? Where are the well regulated militia's by the gun lobbyist? If you actually took the time to go read the history of why the clause was put into the constitution when written which can be found in the federalists papers then you'd understand it was a compromise needed to get the southern colonies to agree to form a nation.

That has no bearing on the utility nor legitimacy of the second amendment.

The issue among others was paid for with over 600,000 casulties in the civil war. Part of the reformation was ensuring blacks were afforded their second amendment rights along with participation in elections - yes admittedly it took a long time, right into the next century - I still say Obama is undoing your rights as well as mine no matter the color or creed.

Simply put my stand for rights is a stand for yours also.

It was an addition to it.
If you want it changed, push for the correct way, a Constitutional Convention.
Otherwise, the actions of the Liberal Progressive Marxist 0bama are unlawful, in regards to firearms.
