My old prediction was right, too bad I never thought to actually write it down someday!
So I predicted that if nothing happens on 21st december 2012, doomsayers will end up saying:

1) The end won't happen suddenly, but will be slow (much like saying that nothing happened today, but it actually started even if you don't notice)
2) Humans have changed, but change is subtle.

Anyways they will be right.

Even the hundreds that are dying right now in Russia in sub-zero temperatures aren't thinking it's all about them. Get a hold of yourself, or learn how to fix a power outage seeing as you seem to have so much spare time.

This is just a random thought.......

But, is it possible that solar storms knocked out transformers?

These older transformers would be more susceptible to energy pulses, I would think.
Someone already was talking about how old they were.


Sure, they probably were knocked out due to wind,
but one previous posted that all 11 previous other power outages, they had
been given a reason of why the power went out. Not this time.

Second, did the same storms hit Brazil?



Just remember that we are probably seeing changes that will take years to happen.
I do not know if they are environmental or socio-political changes, but something might happen.

You can't simply wait until the end of the day and call everything a hoax,
and proclaim all of your predictions to be correct.
Give it a few months, and if nothing has happened, you are probably right.
12 hours does not a Major Change, make.


On a bizarre note, I saw a video talking about how people are predicting 3 days of darkness,
because a large object will be blocking out the Sun.

These are the kind of predictions that I laugh about. But, it is supposed to happen
in early January. A prediction like this is easy to determine if it was real or not.
A prediction like "Changing of the World as We Know It" is much harder to determine.


I would like to submit my idea that we have been undergoing MAJOR changes in
our personal liberties, and encroachment of our personal lives by evil politicians.
Could this subtle change be one that they are talking about?


I don't think so, but I am just throwing out that We do NOT know what the Mayans were
talking about. There is also some people believing that our world is "Ascending" into
a higher dimension, and that we will be gaining certain powers, of which we have only
had a small taste of previously.

I am unsure if these psychic powers are true or not, but I know how many times I have
experienced precognition, synchronicity, and deja vu from dreams.


This is supposed to be a time of Good Change. Modern Media has changed many of our
perceptions into one of Apocalypse. Perhaps this was just to get people thinking on the
wrong wavelength, and feeling powerless. The Illuminati have done worse.

Next, tell me the Illuminati and Bilderberg group doesn't exist.........

The world was supposedly supposed to end december 21 2012 11:11 GMT which has long since passed with no significant event. You're fine, I'm fine, Australia is fine. Just relax, you're being paranoid. Sometimes the power goes out.

This is the # that worries me about this day. Not that something significant is going to happen, but rather something insignificant will happen to push the hysterical 2012ers over the edge.

As far as I know there has not been any significant solar activity in the last few days. So it doesn't make sense that some sort of minor solar flare we are unaware of would knock them out, when back in october we had some significant activity with no such effect.

People seem to freak out and talk about how weak the grid is, but now and then there is a decent flare and nothing happens.

but google searches are so overloaded with December 21st apocalypse articles,
that I was unable to find anything.


As for the replier just above me, I have NEVER heard of any exact time of the
Apocalypse. Definitely have never heard of it being a certain time GMT.

These times are all something that someone else has made up.
Be careful drawing conclusion based on someone else's wrong interpretation,
and based on what the Mayans actually said.

Also remember, that it was not only the Mayans who talked about this,
The Sumerians also had distinct views about 2012

No, sorry to disappoint the seemingly mass amount that were almost stoked about the idea of the world ending today, but no.. Looks like a transformer blowing to me.

It does make for a pretty light show though.

Transformers do not blow for over a minute.. they blow in the instant of some cause; and thats it, OUT. It does not light up like this..

I've had two transformers blow infront of my house, one on my property.

I have a feeling its fake; I was thinking meteor at first, until the light flashing went on excessively, which makes me think fake.

Either way, everything is fine here in Alberta
