Members of the Anonymous-affiliated Team GhostShell hacking collective have published what they claim is stolen information for 1.6 million accounts linked to government agencies, including the Pentagon, NASA and the Federal Reserve.

The hackers appear to have breached the database with a malicious SQL code injection, ZDNet reported, stealing passwords and corresponding email addresses, phone numbers, home addresses and notes from defense tests.

Ahhh, the internet... where no one is safe.

Hopefully one day someone will hack these places and steal some important information instead of just personal phone numbers and email addresses.

I just a look through what theyve posted.
what a waste of time and space.
really.. you get into places like the pentagon, Nasa and Fed... and this is the limit of the stuff you reveal?

what a waste of time.. stop being stupid, if your not going to do the dirty work dont do any thing, because your only exposing the holes that real genuine people need to use to reveal these criminal places.

Well i sure hope that somebody comes up with something that will get everybody united soon.....
The real job is going only to get tougher as the window for real action slowly closes...

There are a pile of brains filling in the potholes all day every day, and they work in three shifts....

SQL injection attacks are the result of lazily progamming dynamic SQL.

They deserve it.

Couldn't have said it better myself.
They are just exposing the gaping holes that could've been used for good.
Now, that the problem has been found, these holes will be patched up.

Maybe the entire point behind the "hack" was to let out meaningless info.
So that way our friendly gov't can actually put the blame on loose regulations...
...and try to regulate the 'net.

You would think that if the hacksters actually got into some good info...
...they would be able to use it correctly.
