What 3 ingredients would you put on your 16" pizza? What type of dough; thin, medium or deep dish? What type of sauce; sweet, mild or spicy? What flavor sauce; Alfredo or Tomato? How would you like it cut; "Chicago" (square), regular cut (8) or Dbl cut (16)?

My pizza would be this:

Thin and crispy dough; 1/2 Bacon, Garlic and Spinach with Alfredo sauce and 1/2 Italian sausage, Beef and Onions with spicy tomato sauce; cut "Chicago" style.

Bacon Garlic Spinach Alfredo...

Italian Sausage Beef Onions...

Now I said only 3 toppings allowed, so be choosey, 1/2 and 1/2 is how I got around that....I know it will require thought and not easy to find pictures, but I just wanted to lighten things up a bit...we all get so serious over so many different topics.

Pepperoni, Black Olive and Mushroom. The toppings of a proper Pizza, indeed. Pics will have to wait until I make another one. Hmmm... Sounding good now, come to think of it.

I like a little bit of thin and crispy base with my anchovies, jalapinos and cheese.

But only to give it some sort of shape... apart from that, the bread is in the way.

Funny thing is I cannot eat bacon these days. Pig in general has a funk to it. Maybe its because they're slaughtering them more humanely, or not removing their gonads so the meat retains that male funky taste.. so they say it has, but it just tastes wrong to me.

So does steak. chicken. all meat really...

Just seems like a lot of stuff for so little benefit these days, meat.. for some reason the only thing I can enjoy is cereal and you cannot make a corn flake and chilli pizza.

I'm not sure if it's the proper etiquette method, but I use [ ATS ] tags.

as in [ ats ]http://papadavinci.com/oakland/wp-content/uploads/2012/05/bbqChkPizza-906x679.jpg[/ ats ]

removing the spaces embeds the external jpeg.

(the image is too large for the forums so I halved the resolutiuon, using [ ats=453x330 ] which is half the original image size.)

Just hit Quote on this post to see the embedded code if you're confused, which you probably are.

Looks like a burn victim lol but strangely I am now hungry.

PEANUT BUTTER PIZZA

(mild language warning)

Sorry, I don't know how to embed a picture. The best peanut butter pizza is from John's Incredible Pizza.

My first civilian job was at a combination pizza hut/blimpies at a truck stop in Silver Creek, Utah about 5 years ago. I made some damn good pizzas for myself during my lunches, really only had the toppings and amount of sauce to work with because the dough was frozen premade, sauce was premade, etc. But, I used to love making a pepperoni, pineapple and jalapeno with lots of extra red sauce. Still usually what I order today from just about anywhere, or some close variant of it.
