America spoke? No, more like he cheated. I have a ton of links already (see sig.), and there is so much more coming out now. 99-100% of the votes anyplace for one guy? No way that is real, especially when it happened in areas that tossed out (illegally) GOP inspectors. Over 100% turnout? That's clear fraud. Dead people voting, illegal aliens voting, intimidation, violence; add all that to the list. The country lost, because of a fraudulent election. Healing? Hardly. In his little speech, the man flat out LIED. He pretended to care about the military staying strong, when everyone knows he's weakening it. he claimed that under his leadership, military families would not have to struggle to keep a roof over their heads. Well, BS. MY family struggles with that, because of his policies. Since he was elected, he's labeled any and all that don't agree with him as "potential terrorists". Healing? You talk about healing, and in the same breath, tell people to pack up and leave. Sure, that's very concerned.....not.

I do know what critical thinking is and how critical analysis is done because I have been teaching these skills for over a decade. Critical thinking is not just "thinking for yourself" because it's just as easy for you to think yourself into believing the sky is falling as any other delusion.

Critical thinkers use facts and reason, two crucial ingredients that many don't use when "thinking for themselves." You can usually tell who is the critical thinker in the room because she's the one that is listening, not talking.

The world doesn't need more reactionaries spouting off answers. The world is drowning in answers. Critical thinkers are those who seek the most useful questions in order to reveal the roots of problems. Critical analysis is the art of forming such questions. Answers are useless if the questions are irrelevant.

Scotland could be called a socialist country and i'm damn proud of it. I have no problem paying a bit extra in tax to provide a state healthcare or education system.
