Obama Administration and Other Politicians Allegedly Involved $43 Trillion Racketeering and Money La

It seems Spire Law Group is a real law firm... however it appears the guy behind that firm is Mitchell J. Stein, and I've read several reports that he is a con-man who scammed desperate mortgage holders.

But I'm not convinced either way. The death of those children is highly suspicious and I'm not willing to throw this story into the trash without more conclusive evidence. But I'm certainly leaning towards hoax.

Lots of misinformation & jumping to conclusions in this thread.

Law firm is real, legal & newly formed.
Partners are sketchy at best, sued by the State of CA (if I recall correctly, they were also disbarred in CA).
But none of that means that the lawsuit isn't real - it is real.
The original Complaint is almost 400pgs, but the brief itself is only 10pgs or so - the rest is defendant' info. So it's a quick read.
The MSM is not now, nor have they been, covering it for the past 7mos.
Financial & international markets are covering it.

Here's one of my posts w/some case specifics:
"- The case is a Mass Tort Action, NOT a Class Action.
- To be a plaintiff, your mortgage had to originate from 2000-2009. (Although the firm's letter does say that if your mortgage was serviced in that timeframe, you should probably be in some suit or other.)
- They claim they had over 15,000 hrs in the suit before filing.
- They're charging $5,000-$17,500 per property (not including foreclosure mitigation), plus up to 30% of win (which may include your Note! .. hmm)
- Their fees are normally $500-$1000/hr, so they claim a $10,000 retainer would only normally cover 20dys work on the low side.
- Plaintiffs must sign a Retainer and a Retention Agreement (for the additional % of win).
- If they win you a monetary judgement, they take the 30% off the top. (Not uncommon)
- BUT .. here's the part that'll make your hair stand on end .. if they win a non-monetary judgment (ex win your mortgage) - they may hold the Note! (Understandable maybe, but could be frying pan to fire.)

Overall, it doesn't appear to be much of an option for the "lil guy", but still worth following & kyping the arguments says I :-) "

As much as I enjoy people using "Bankster" everywhere they can -- this is targeted at the TARP program, and everything that was ABOVE BOARD.

Timothy Geitner -- I could see him being involved in some Banskter shenanigans, but the rest of these people sound pretty peripheral.

Seems to me, once again, that ATS bloggers are finding something everyone is angry about, and trying to pin it on people they already don't like. Eric Holder certainly hasn't prosecuted a lot of crooks on Wall Street, but I hardly see him as a prime player in "laundering."

The Fed and banks can just PRINT this money, after all.


I want to see something listing people who've got diamonds on top of their ruby pinky rings. Dumping on civil servants and the TARP bailout which was a fiasco but was managed well when the Obama administration pushed for receipts and paying BACK the funds. It actually was successful in stopping some hemorrhaging.

However, the Fed just printed up many more Trillions and handed it to the banks. Goldman Sachs received more money than our entire stimulus package (for instance).

The MSM doesn't touch anything like this sort of story. The people named don't seem like major players (other than Geitner), so I don't think this case (though real) has any chance of WINNING. So what's the point?


You make some good points on the background of this. Do you think it's perhaps a trolling lawsuit -- like, they don't really have a case, but are hoping someone will just pay them to shut up, and go away. Any dirt that they dig up, can be used as political fodder, regardless of whether it shows any culpability.

The best way to 'Control' the situation is to 'own' it. What better way to compromise a pending class action lawsuit than to 'Control' it? I'm pointing out that this charge of racketeering doesn't have much merit.

Obama -- or ANYONE getting to the office of POTUS has of course, financial backers. Did you notice fundraising and all that? Wall Street banksters give money to everyone with more than a 10% chance. So merely pointing to a financial relationship between Politician A and Bank B doesn't mean anything. There isn't a politician A through Z without a relationship with Bank B.

I'm not apologizing for anything -- that situation sucks.

Here's what an ACTUAL solid investigation looks like; LINK -- it's a complex story of how Romney bilked the retirement accounts of GM and then got the government to cover it so that Bain capital made a profit via the GM Tarp funds. There's a real paper trail.

This has about 10 times more chance of getting traction than this "mess" of an accusation on $43 Trillion in Racketeering -- but that's ten time ZERO, because the Romney / GM theft isn't going anywhere either.

Yes, Obama is allowing crooks at banks to get away with a lot -- and so would any other POTUS -- and it's awful. But that's the way of the world we live in, and the only way to solve that, is to try and put people in office who MIGHT end Citizen's United, and fix the way we finance elections.

Until we have election reform, we cannot put in office people who aren't in the pocket of the Banksters.

The only conclusion I can draw from this is that the double standard is against the democrats. What happened on September 10, 2001 with the Republicans? Somehow they lost 4 TRILLION dollars in the midst of their "defense" spending. No one said a word. Hypocrisy at its finest. Oh, but of course the spot hit at the Pentagon the next day was the exact spot where the accounting records were located, but that is another thread.
