Folks,

Here's some compelling technology for all you armchair image analysts - a FREE program for removing blurring artifacts from photographic images. It's not perfect, but it's pretty darned impressive, and free, so grab it and give it a whirl. Windows-only.

If I brought you a goose that laid golden eggs, would you pout and demand the one that pooped diamonds?

It does a fairly good job on still images, more impressive than I would have hoped for. You can grab some stills from a video clip and run them through this thing.

It's free. Would you like them to pay you to download it?

You're the second person to post about this program in the last couple of days.

We tested it and found it was not very good on anything except the example picture provided with the program.
