Chi Mai - Ennio Morricone of course, most of his music is fabulous. Chi Mai is the kind of music I wish to hear when I'll die..

Hans Zimmer also is fantastic. My favorite.

This is a re edit but is fairly close to the original ending I'm sure most everybody's seen it anyway

Clint Mansell is the man and this narrowly beats out his Lux Aeterna, for me, only because of Lux's over exposure
Full Song Dead Reconing

Oh man and this I could watch a thousand times and it's usually one of the first things I watch/listen to whenever a purchase a new piece of electronic equipment.

I am a rocker.
But this is the scene that made me fall in love with an Elton John song.

The movie is Almost Famous and for anyone that havent seen it - it's about a rock n roll band in the 70's.
In this scene the band is more or less falling apart due to the frontmans ego issues and drug problems.
He just spent a rough night high on alcohol and drugs at some random new years party, and the band is picking him up to move on with the tour.
The mood in the tour bus is tense when they all unite and start to sing Tiny Dancer by Elton John.

My favourite scene in a great music movie!

My personal favorite has to be The Imperial March from Star Wars. I find myself humming it sometimes and no matter what I'm doing it feels pretty epic.

Peace!
