I certainly wouldn't insult you by telling you that he is too busy. The reason he doesn't attend, is that he doesn't have a clue as to what is going on, other than figuring out how to get the MSM to get him re-elected. This is by far the most INCOMPETENT administration in the history of the United States. At best, they are start amateurs, at worst they just don;t care about anything but getting re-elected. Of course, the complicit MSM is as responsible as the administration for their failure to report all of the failures and incompetence of the regime.
