The title of this thread is misleading and in fact entirely incorrect. Why?

Don't get me wrong - I am not defending this pig of a woman. I think she is a toxic wart in Satans own armpit and should excised from society.

I just hate dissinformation - why are you trying to mislead? Do you work for the media?

Plus the fact that it's the workers that are paid so much less that are keeping the rich making money. They always tend to forget that without the workers doing they're jobs, the rich wouldn't be making anything.

As long as people are willing to accept this crazy logic, that "it's just good business" to hire the cheapest labor possible, outsource jobs to other countries willing to work for "slave" wages.....things aren't going to improve for anyone but the super rich.

Even if her comments have been taken out of context, she clearly resents that she must pay decent wages because she can't move her mines to another country, she surely would if she could. If her business is profitable enough for her to make billions a year, it's profitable enough to pay fair wages to the people who work hard for her.

She has become the target of such contempt because she represents the "gluttony" of these obscene billonaires, and people are angry, we have been robbed blind in my country, the US, and as far as I'm concerned if a business is based in a country, the jobs that business generates should stay in that country...too bad, too sad,. that company has to pay the people that actually support that business fair wages....Mitt and Co. will just have to make a few less billion.

We have allowed alot of "sins" to occur in the name of "Capitolism".....and I reject this whole notion that "anything goes" in the name of business....."it's not personal, it's just business"...well it IS personal to people that get layed off, have thier salaries reduced and loose thier pensions...and we are supposed to just accept some lame excuses by billionaires we all need to tighten our belts so THEY can remain competitive.

EVERYTHING is more expensive today, We are being taxed to death...and somehow we're broke? As long as corporations run our governments and create Wars for profit the world as we know it will be destroyed sooner than later....and I have no problem calling this woman and all those like her "pigs"......

Does it not concern people that Australia's labour costs are 35% higher than the gulf coast of the USA?

Scarier still is the fact that illegal immigrants working there don't come into official figures.

So in reality, the figure is much, much greater than 35%.

And that's comparing two first world countries.

Does that not add some perspective?

No not really is the short answer.

What concerns me more is the stranglehold that Global Corporations hold.
The Corrupt Banking system
The greed for money and power over the need for Integrity and Honour
And finally the lack of Humanity of the privileged

And pay for 1 dollar for medical insurance for a family of four.
And a car costs 500 bucks.

Then sure.

Your math is a little screwy. Maybe US pays half their wage in medical, but no one else does. And if your home payments, rent and utilities are more than 1/3 your income that is considered too much.

Of course you're talking by the month, which would average 40 dollars I take it. I'm on my first cup of coffee, so I can't do math. LOL.

However most people I know don't spend more than 2 months wage on a second hand vehicle or less than that.

So should they take pay cuts? Have less? Will the CEO take a pay cut too?

Maybe we just need to live in mud huts and eat rice all day?

When everyone has no money who's gonna buy all that stuff?

After all no one can complain they have too little as long as someone else still has less ...

Well, that's disturbing, but not really unnexpected.

If someday, TSHTF I am expecting to see many zones/groups bringing slavery back to the light of day.

It's something one doesn't see much on apocalyptic movies, but it's somehow, a sad, logical thing to expect.

Thanks for this, now that i watched the youtube, i heard her clearly say "that the Africans are willing to work, and for as little as two dollars a day" She never mentions nor was she implying that Australians should earn two dollars a day! What she was basically saying is that we cant compete with that & we aren't competitive any longer "i repeat she never suggests we earn two dollars a day"....Only that we cant compete when there are people who are willing to work for as little as two dollars a day, they ruin it for us, that's all she was saying.

The point I was trying to make was that if they want to pay us less.
Then the things we need/want need to be lowered so we can afford them.

I highly recommend whole communities get together in councils and solve these problems, donate land for the homeless, ie eco farm type thing, with homes on wheels, and greenhouses, and pass the hat and replace every monopoly there is, only buy from each other until we could the Venus Project, only buy from good people. Let the others tighten their belts alot.

So i guess she is going to be willing to fit the bill to house and feed all these people she would be under paying. How about school there children an clothe all as well. At $2 a day not even the most thrifty of savers could survive in this day and age. Maybe she has let money shade her from the real world, but from what i understand Austrailia isn't a 3rd world country that would make $2 a day a liveable wage. So I just don't undertsand where she would find the labour daily? can you pick up workers at home depot down under?, cause with out houses to rest there head, cause your under paying em don't think you'll have much of a workable force.

SaneThinking

Just think, this is what the 1% really really think of all the people, and we hire politicians who grovel to them, people who really a detention planet far away from us, for they're the worst criminals of the universe. These people are the worst of the universe, for real. And we pay salaries to their minions/politicians and give our jailors the most wonderful pensions.

I've already covered this.

I have no answer except (IMO) dropping the value of the dollar.

It's a good place to start at least.

I gather from what you have said that you guys are suffering from inflation? Is that right? I think that we will be in that boat real soon. Commodities here have been on the rise for quite a while. And after inflation probably a deflation where the US dollar is worthless ...

The fruit of all these things will ripen real soon. That ship set sail many years ago nothing we can do about it now ...

The entire point is that, she INHERITED $75 million; more money than the average hard-worker would make in many lifetimes. Then proceeds to say people not wealthy like her are lazy; and fit to work for 2 dollars per day. The hypocrisy, ignorance & narcissism is on a level that would dumbfound even the most simple minds. She's a disgraceful excuse for a human being -- period.

And she multiplied that by 388 times so far.

Far better than most people do with their own money.

But, why worry about stuff like that?

Yes, most people have to spend the money they make on the cost of living, and some are in debt month to month for basic necessities such as home, food, utilities, transportation, and emergencies. They don't have extra millions lying around to invest. After having enough for lavishness each month on all those scores. Savvy?

It's a combination of a few things.

High interest rates as well as other currencies, such as the US$ being so weak.

Interesting times ahead indeed!

Indeed interesting times
USA is high debt regarding China
In my reading if it is true:-

A trading deal was struck that saw the decline of much USA industry in order to fill such places as Walmart with purchased Chinese products.

China loaned vast amounts of money to the USA but dollars were the currency
Now China has been duped in effect as the value of the dollar falls through the floor.

The Globalist plan was to use China as the model - IE Cheap and slave like labour.
Each nation faces economic hardships which the tax payer bears the brunt of
This is by design as The Global elite bear no loyalty to sovereign Nations.

They the - World Banks / Globalist Elites / have carefully engineered the situation we are all now in.

It begs the question "Can we look to World Banks to fix the problems they have helped to create or do we need another solution"

Maybe we are being Psychologically manipulated to take out all our angst on such people as this insignificant woman.
Whilst the Big Fish get away

Rather than resort to violence we need to stop buying into their game and take our dignity back.
I sincerely believe though we have differences and they can become heated and do.
Most people are good at heart - we just need to walk away from this rigged game.
