First rule of fight club, never talk about fight club.

First rule of wanting to be a mod, never ask to be a mod .

There's actually a pretty rigorous selection process. First you need approval of the entire staff. Secondly, there's a whole trial of physicals, psychiatric evaluations, probings, rituals, etc..

All even before we tell you what we want.

And if you come out of that ok...well they usually just accept out of pure shock

Couldnt agree more with you
but i was always carefull in the old times when i had sudden wave of volunteer for Sop or Aop
if they volunteered .. then they made a good choice at it
but asking to volunteer shouldnt be recommanded
or telling the users/members the new mods have volunteered
you will probably now have hundred of requests by u2u

With Blaine we now have Dueling Alaskans on Staff.

Be warned, we may become grumpy during the winter months, especially if we see too much grousing from the outside about "how cold the mid 30s are."
