First and foremost I'd like to THANK each of the new Moderators for Volunteering (@Ben81 - "volunteering" means working without pay, they didn't apply via a list of "volunteers", they were ALL hand picked and nominated for the "job" by a unanimous vote of the staff ) to keep the BEST site on the web running smoothly.

Secondly, I have to say that each and everyone of them were selected for their ability to see past the personalities and their ability to focus on the TOPICS with civility.

That and their brilliant ability to DENY IGNORANCE.

THANKS to all of you, and WELCOME to the best staff on the interwebs!

thanks for the clarification Springer

I think only the site owners and admins are paid compare to the forum and super mods
but i know where most of your pay day goes lol --> ATS
and the rest is for the wifes

Btw .. i have a great feeling about this new UN thing
you guys really know how to keep a surprise and make people wonder about it for days
it coincide with the sudden hiring of mods that will be needed
will it be launched this week end ?

It's a good thing you clarified the "volunteer" part else your PM inbox would have caused the "flood control" window to pop up for the rest of us for the next 2 weeks.

I hope that the burdens of being a moderator do not mean that we see fewer posts on ATS by some of these members...
