PS Can somebody tell me how I can insert the "Reply to post by ..." above a quote? And: is it possible to be notified by email of new posts in the discussion?

On the top right side of the post you want to reply to there is button: "Reply To"
And if you want to "track" a thread you can click on "subscribe" on the top left of the thread where the flag button is.
You won't be notified by email but you can track the the post by checking "myATS"
