Device I made.

Hi all, just thought I would put this up, been getting some positive feed back from my friends after I put it on face book.

I built a few for some... well lets just say the same crowd that buys lava lamps.



If this was a product, a nite light or light bulb version, would anyone actually be interested in it?

I was actually thinking of starting a kickstarter for this.

My idea is to eventually build a unit that can be wifi controlled, so you could set up a net work of these all controllable over a network from one computer.

That's pretty cool!

I'd like one, so I can put it on a distant roof top and video it. Then I'd put the video up on YouTube and ATS and tell everybody "Look at the UFO I captured on my phone!"

Lol my brother suggested I rig a battery pack on a quad copter and start a UFO spree in our neighborhood.

My be good advertising if i start making um.

Pretty neat device. I could see that being at one of my parties :p

I made 4 of them for a friend thats a dj, he suggested the abillity to sync them.

I need to work on the wifi controller, which will take time, but I could see it as being a pretty neat effect.

The wifi thing would definitely set this apart from just being a simple strobe light. Would it come with software/drivers for PC's?
