If you want to ban porn, go live in a Islamist nation.

You do not have the right to restrict anything.

I find it the height of hypocrisy that conservatives trumpet freedom and the constitution, but seem to want to restrict actions taken by people in the privacy of their own homes especially concerning sexuality.

I think they would gain more respect if they would just admit that they want to direct the social and cultural makeup of the Nation. Respect...yes Votes....no

"Small government"

But only if it doesn't concern weapons, who you sleep with, when you conceive children, what you wank off to, ...

Too many crazies in that party...just look at Bachmann

Dear CoolerAbdullah786,

See how slow I am? I've just caught on now that you're playing with me.

That's not true. It mentions in the first link that Mitt Romney also signed this pledge. That's why I directed you to the second link.
The first link says Romney signed a pledge to vigorously enforce obscenity laws. The pledge came from MIM (Morality in Media). The second link is talking about a different pledge sponsored by a different group, Family Leader. there is nothing in that link that mentions Romney.

You've presented absolutely nothing that indicates Romney will do anything but enforce existing laws. And you've provided two links that are only vaguely related to each other.

Romney will not ban porn. Come on guys, stop worrying about it, or at least come up with some evidence.

With respect,
Charles1952

With porn control theyll act like theyre banning child porn. But theyre really going after adult porn.

It's an age old tactic. After all these years, it hasn't banned adult porn all it has done is score political points with no actual reward for the promises.

Don't forget about "abortion" also, Jude. I think every Republican president has campaigned on overturning Roe v. Wade. Not one Republican has ever done it, or even attempted to do it.

Yep. They're just after the votes.

99.9% of the internet is porn. So he's wanting to destroy the internet in a way that Obama couldn't? This competition of destroying this country needs to stop.
