Nice songs all =)

Here are some more songs, not necessarily by a band, that also make me feel sad in general =(

starting with the amazing log-in screen music from the Korean-MMORPG game called Lineage 2

and this one, from a village in that game

makes me cry because of the music ofcourse, and also because of the memories it brings from all those years ago when I was like 13-15 playing it all day long =P

here's two songs from final fantasy xii and final fantasy x respectively, that also make me feel sad cuz of the memories of being a kid

Any ballad from the Beach Boys, really.

Like this one, "In My Room"

And this one, "Surfer Girl"

Heck, this one too, "The Warmth of the Sun"

Can you hear "Somewhere Over the Rainbow" in the melody(ies) ? I can

And yeah, this style of music (50's/60's pop) haunts me, especially with the falsetto. And we're talking Brain Wilson here!! IMHO, Brian was so-so gifted.. a natural falsetto and a pure genius song writer. HE IS THE MAN!

I remember this song, I always found it too sad to listen to, though I like it.

My mom's favorite song:

Glenn Campbell - Gentle On My Mind

I cried my eyes out when I played it at the luncheon after her funeral.

When I see the phrase "melancholic music", this comes to my mind:

It's from the game Guild Wars: Factions and was composed by Jeremy Soule. An all-time favourite.

Wow, that music is AMAZING. Kinda makes me sad that I missed out on Guild Wars. Mostly because I was stuck on Lineage 2 for so many years. If you check out the Lineage 2 music I posted some posts above, you can compare. It's also AMAZING. Really beautiful and soulful music. This kinda music totally captivates you emotionally when you couple it with the memories of playing.

Thanks for sharing
