But I also found a "legal technicality" on the same page:

Vayiqra (Leviticus) forbids sexual intercourse between males, classifying it as a to'eivah (something abhorred or detested) that can be subject to capital punishment under Jewish law, although Halakhic courts are not authorized to administer capital punishment in the absence of a Temple in Jerusalem and the entire judicial system as mandated by Jewish Law.

The bible does mention homosexuality and calls it an abomination , but it also says we are not to judge and that Jesus used an Hebraism in regards to forgiveness. Jesus said we are to forgive 70 times 7 if need be , this means as many times as it takes to come to repentance.

Judgement is coming upon the world as it began in 2011 , if one wants to continue to live in the flesh after carnal lists then they bring judgement upon themselves . God himself is going to destroy Jerusalem for her sins against God , anyone that studies the bible knows this.

It's 2012! It's cool to be gay dude. Relax and enjoy your life and let people be what they want to be, the only person spreading hate is you! let them live!

I'm not mad, friend, just a bit frustrated when people focus on non-issues, when there are plenty of relevant issues at hand. I rarely agree with the actions of the Israeli government, and completely agree with you on it's corrupting influence in the area, but I also disagree with many actions taken by those who claim to support the Palestinian movement, as well.

It's the old divide and conquer, get people to fight among themselves over perceived divides in society, while the real "bad guys" do what they want, unseen. Minority groups are ALWAYS targets of these divide and conquer techniques. They're easily reachable by most of the population, so the "bad guys" get people to take out their frustrations on these scapegoats, while the real enemies go by unmolested.

People today are angry, frustrated, they feel oppressed; but rather then going after the ones who put us all in this situation, they go after caricatures drawn up by the same people fracking up the world. You see it everyday on these boards: People blaming immigrants, ethnic, religious minorities, people with alternative lifestyles/beliefs, left/right, liberal/conservative, etc etc etc ad nauseam.

(in my opinion) We are all one - and those who would separate us, and set us upon each other are the ones we should be fighting. Maybe, someday, people will wake up to the idea that you do not need a fat rich bureaucrat sitting in an office somewhere to tell you not to murder your neighbor. They have effectively made everyone afraid of each other - you can see it out in public everyday of the week - and we have convinced ourselves we need these bloated bureaucrat institutions in order to protect ourselves from each other.

The old testament talks about homosexuality more specifically. The new testament doesn't mention it. Jesus also said by simply believing in him your sins are forgiven. So as Christians lets get away from bashing gays as sinners and rather, teach them about the love of Jesus... Gays go to heaven, along side everybody else by just believing.

Also judgement started in 2011!? That's news to me, heck that would be news to Jesus even. As the bible says nobody knows, not even the lamb, when the day of judgment is.... So are you God or have a hotline you could share?

The idea that the word "Homosexual" or "Gay" is even used in the Bible is completely false; there are a few "versions" of the Bible that include those words; however, they are not the "true" Word as evidence of the Word itself, that no man should dare change or alter the Living Word, or else!

We know this because at the time (the time of our Lord) all of Jerusalem was under Roman Law, and the definition of what a eunuch was is clearly defined for us in written Roman Law, written by Ulpain . In those days there were three distinct groups of eunuchs, those adult men who choose the pious life and got themselves castrated (third class eunuch) who cannot consumate within marraige by choice, those young pubescent males who are chosen and then castrated (second class eunuch) who cannot consumate within marriage (most typically slaves for life), and finally those eunuchs who are born as eunuchs, who can consumate in marriage and have children because they are "intact".
