China And Russia Unite Over Syria

Well this could be very worrying indeed. It seems Russia and China have become best buddies over the situation in Syria. It makes me sick to think that they actually condone the killings in Syria and the mass executions there. If this had been Nazi Germany per se would have they been so adamant? I think NOT! The West will have to think very carefully about the next step now as this could very well lead to WW3 which I DONT want to happen. The consequences dont bear thinking about. We live in a paradise of fresh air, sunshine, freedom to walk around in the open and enjoy wildlife and our animals, pets, flowers, trees and children playing, and so on. If WW3 does break out all of that will be gone forever in a bang and a flash, several of them too. Life on the planet would be unbareable for any surviors.

There is one thought though, if China continues on this path though, surely people will be so fed up with it that they may refuse to buy anything made in China. They may be the powerhouse of industrial output at the moment but this is only because they rely on exports. Take that away then they have nothing.

Anyway I do hope common sense prevails over the warhawks who would like nothing less than to fly their shiny rockets.

He may be killing people, but hes killing his own, If they want him gone its their job to rise up and over throw him, not ours.

You know coming from a country that defeated the worlds major Super Power with an under armed band of rebels, you think we would know that.

If I where Russia and China I would be getting very nervous about all them US bases being set up in the Middle east and very near their own back doors.

It's not about condoning a single thing, it's about containing the scourge that the western powers have become. Anyone who is a serious student of history can see what this is and where it's going. As of now NATO and America are aggressively supporting, funding, and underpinning these revolts in the middle east that have no other goal than installing dictators who are just as much if not more ruthless.

It is being done to destabilize the region, it is being done with full knowledge that the ultimate goal of said actions is to either create perpetual civil war while we fund and direct Al Qaeda or ultimately force the creation of a caliphate in the ME. If you were to even spend a mediocre amount of time doing research into whats going on in the region you would see that any information reaching standard western outlets is nearly pure propaganda.

If your nation was in the process of having clandestine terrorist supported and funded by the US and NATO trying to destabilize and destroy it you should damn well bet they are going to be dealt with harshly. Russia has been nothing but a voice of reason in the region as of late and it's only a natter of time before we push too hard and have to deal with the consequences of constant meddling and a foreign policy that is schizophrenic at best.

As far as WW3 is concerned, I say bring it and let it all burn. Our species has done nothing but demonstrate it's pure ignorance and worship of death. It would rather rely on murder, fear, and subterfuge than a day of honest work or a path towards wisdom. If you see where the western world is going and what it desires it's no world I would want to leave to my children. A world of slavery and ignorance under perpetual conflict while mass media and consumption seek to further turn the western mind into a bowl of ass flavored jello. No thanks.

How many times has US supported the Nazi regime of Israel when the kill? This is no different, we support who we want they support who they want.

Agreed. Not condoning the killings in Syria, just saying that it's not our business.

BUT!!!

There is still some grey area over whether the government was responsible for the killings in the first place. They are claiming that it is outside forces working inside Syria. If that is the case, then a statement by China and Russia that they are opposed to intervention can also be seen as a threat. "Step out of the action, or we will expose your involvement. Then we will counteract it."

maybe they don't believe the west and think that the syrian rebels are armed terrorists, just like in libya when it turned out the libyan rebels were all armed terrorists

I think Russia should be allowed to 'handle' Syria. Russia will probably not put up with the Muslim Brotherhood coming in after the vacumn.

Totally agree. The people who control the U.S. are building war bases all over the world so that they can warmonger. All of the wars are against muslims. Who hates and demonises muslims? We know. The American people need to take the country back from them and stop all of these wars. One group of people are doing this---it amazes me everytime I think about how they are able to do it.

Lets say there was a uprising in America, who's responsibility is it to fix it?

Every situation is different though and Syria is a hotbed of multicultural tension caught between Europe, Middle East and Russia. Different global news sources are also painting a different picture of just what exactly is going on in Syria from the greater regional posturing. It is clear that people are dying and the numbers are in the thousands. What is certain is that the death toll will jump a very lot higher once foreign intervention is started.

To limit the bloodshed, a reduction, not increase of arms into the region is required. Also, all of the greater powers US, NATO, Russia and China need to sit down, put aside the propaganda and think about Syria instead of themselves so a realistic, cohesive and responsible plan can be put together. Without this, Syria will just become the play field for the next set of war games as no one wins and the killing significantly escalates.

Considering that the US was in all likelyhood involved in the uprisings, just like in Libia, I find it pleasing that other world powers are now standing up against the American War Machine.

America is very scared of China, not to mention Russia.
It's not easy being a bully when your victim has big friends...

I think not. There have been boycotts before, most noticeably South Africa during the apartheid years. It can happen if people wish it and there is politcal will to do so as well.

Well I dont live in the USA so I dont get a choice as I obviously am not entitled to vote there. I would suggest the American people need to examine their political situation!

Didn't Russia have a non-aggression treaty with Nazi Germany? Russia and China will play this situation to their advantage, the worst thing the US can do is to cower.

Read between the lines.. Western powers are causing problems in Syria so they can over throw the government there.. Its a good thing that Russia has turned up.

Russia and china couldn't give a fig who's dying in syria, as long as
they have an export partner in syria the people can get another
advocate. and china and russia don't want any one messing in their
"internal probles" meaning the people are getting a little uppity and

evidence of that. security forces are well armed well equipt an well
