Really it is. I mean, how can you live in a country like Canada where their people value human life over money? That is just pathetic. This is called Socialism. You know who else was Socialist? Hitler. It's also Communist. You know who was Communist? Mao Zedong. Joseph Stalin. KARL MARX WAS ALSO COMMUNIST. WHAT ABOUT THAT!!. How are people supposed to become Billionaires if they can't profit off of the suffering of others? Universal Health Care should be outlawed everywhereon the world.

America is also the greatest country in the whole wide world because how can you not invade people for resources? How can you not value profits over human life? It's the only way, my teacher even told me. If you don't believe me, ask any teacher or smart person because that's what they'll tell you. It's the only way. Really, it is. How you can you not want American troops in parts of the world that contain resources that are valuable to the Republic? Are you MENTAL? Like, really?

Also, how can you be the greatest country in the whole wide world if you don't teach your kids extremely biased and, in relation to reality, useless information. I mean, how are CEO's and members of the Board supposed to become insanely wealthy when people are TOO SMART TO HAVE A DEGRADING JOB? I really wish sometimes that we could nuke countries who aren't like us. They are stupid - I heard it on FOX, so it must be true. WHY WOULD THE TELEVISION, MY MASTER, LIE TO ME?

People that live in countries like Canada should be ashamed of themselves. You are making us look really bad.







I went on Vacation to the states last year. This is what I heard every time I told someone i was from Canada. What really set people off is when I told them that 3 years ago, I broke my leg. And it cost me NOTHING to get it operated on. Physio was even free. The only thing I had to pay for was the boot and cane. I also have to read this # everyday on this site.

It's no wonder some people think the average human being is a "useless eater".

I know exactly what you're saying, as our countries are pretty much the same when it comes to treating our citizens right.

Wow.. Your not even from here and you go off on a rant attacking the US like that? Really? I have lived here all of my life, I am not a CEO of any company and I am smart enough to realize that while yes, there are resources in the middle east but there are also terrorists in the middle east with bombs and that hijack planes and cut peoples heads off and kidnap people. People dont typically live where there are no resources so its kind of convenient to say that. And if we are there for the oil then why are the prices so damn high? I do not teach my kids to be war mongers and they have values and you GOD DAMN RIGHT this is the best country in the whole world and I encourage you to stay in Canada and dont call when you need something because if you dont like us then dont use us because if you were invaded tomorrow you would want our help.

Oh and thats great that you have a good experience with your health care up there but I have talked to a whole lot of Canadians in the past that were less than happy. They said most of the good doctors try to get to the states to make more money and that they have to wait too long to get in to see the doctor when they just need routine things. Sorry but the government healthcare is not that great everywhere. When I was in Germany they had the same complaints about it and said that the people who wanted to still paid for their own health care to get better treatment and quicker visits. So good for you for getting a free cast. I dont want to pay for a free cast when i have never broken a bone but with free healthcare everyone paid for that cast. Nothing is free.

What's the difference between a Canadian and a Canoe? Canoe's TIP! When you come to the States for a vacation, please keep in mind,we feeble Americans have a custom called tipping at restaraunts.

We don't CARE if it's customary from where you come from or not. FYI That's the oldest Canadian joke on the books in the restaraunt industry
"Errrr We don't tip more then 10% in OUR Country,so we don't have to do it when we go to other countries either"

And us commoners here in the States aren't exactly proud of our government.

Just tip my kids working at the restaraunts. We'll get along just fine. And yes, they work to put themselves through school.

I can only mootch on the stoopid California Education Program so much..Then I pay, and my kids pay.

AND? We tip more then 10% or we don't eat out.

Just fyi, Americans aren't great tippers abroad either. My dad works in tourism in Europe, and the US groups aren't great tippers...and no, they don't generally leave more than 10% in tops

I think that is a small sampling because I do tip and If the service is good I tip good. Now I will say when I went to Germany I was told not to tip because it is not their custom to do so. I dont totally get that because in my opinion it is how you ensure you getting descent service. But its ok.. Either way.. I dont think ALL Canadians tip poorly or all Americans... I think too many people base opinions on a small sampling of people they have encountered. I think your average American cannot afford to travel abroad often if at all so people outside the US are rarely exposed to the "Average American". They are exposed in most cases to the more "Privileged American" with a few more bucks in the bank that can afford to travel abroad more often. I have been out of the country one time and it was to Munich for 6 weeks for work. Thats it. My kids have never been out of the country and may never have the opportunity. Who knows. But people basing opinions on such a small sampling of such a small segment of the population is just asinine. My counterpart who was here from Germany found everyone to be very friendly here and had a great time. Nothing but good things to say about us. He had a bigger sampling of the more common people. Had he just dealt with travelers with a little bigger bank accounts his opinion might not be the same.

I'm not necessarily disagreeing with all your sarcastic views, but that part mentioned above is misleading.

You paid for it or someone paid for it via taxes or other forms of deductions from your (or someone else) paycheck.
