UFO Crash Caught on Video (explain this video)

Bombs aren't rockets, neither are cruise missiles. The term missile is used because of the apparent size of it. What is meant is that it's the size of a rocket, not a simple missile. It looks the size of a vehicle to me, closer to the size of an ICBM than an air to air missile.

I don't buy the munition explanation. It does look like burning fragments of magnesium but again the object is huge compared to the spark shower. The debris relative to the apparent size of the object is small.

Say what you want but I don't think we have anything that could take that crash let alone rockets and missiles which get flimsier the bigger they are.

Missiles aren't all air to air either. A Tomahawk is fairly large. It appears to be powered which means it isn't a bomb. The only thing it could be is a cruise missile type of weapon.

From what I know about munitions I don't remember the USAF having any
purpose built disc-shaped bouncing bombs. I've always known about the
golf-ball and drum-shaped one but no disc-shaped or long tubular shaped bouncers.

It probably would have been a 1960's technical demonstration model if it
WAS disc shaped and was likely NOT an active/in-service munition!

Based on the AGE of this footage, I would NOT speculate on the vapour trail.

If it was a NEWER weapon say 1980's, I would opine it could POSSIBLY
be a purposeful ejection of a fuel-air explosive combination to boost
explosive power but if it WAS newer footage (it isn't!) the fuel-air
explosive test FAILED! It shouldn't do what I saw in said footage!

All we generally know is that the original first-page footage
is of a bouncing bomb test. I specifically have NOT heard
of disc-based or long tubular bouncing bombs.

It could be that the footage was taken in such a way
that it could be MISTAKEN for tubular or disc shaped
when in fact it might be truly Drum-shaped or Spherical.

The white vapour eject could be simple water vapour,
a fuel-air explosive tank failure or a PURPOSEFUL ejection
of gas used to IMPROVE bouncing-bomb performance.

So in full answer to your implied and sub-textual question:

I haven't the faintest clue as to what it is!

This is the real information of this video, I released the real story
here in ATS on August 8, 2008 and it's not a UFO.

There was a mexican researcher named Daniel Muñoz who back in
the 90's watched an old documentary about military aircraft and there
was a segment when they were talking about some tests in New Mexico
taking down some aircraft. A piece of footage with one of these crashes
was shown and Daniel Muñoz got impressed because it looked like a UFO
(as Muñoz later confessed on a radio show) and because he was videotaping
the documentary Muñoz extracted the crash footage and invented this was
a real UFO crash in New Mexico.

Daniel Muñoz made copies and gave one to the late british researcher
Graham Birdsall former editor of the british UFO Magazine who was at
the UFO Congress along with his partner Russel Callaghan, both were
also impressed. Daniel told them the UFO tale and from that day Birdsall
and Callaghan released the piece of footage everywhere as an authentic
UFO crash in New Mexico. Daniel Muñoz also gave one copy to Jaime
Maussan and told him the same tale. The rest is history.

This was a missile that was recorded on film but because of haze the actual missile blends in with the sky and all that can be seen is the bright flame from the exhaust at the rear making it appear to be a bright plasma craft. reply to: TheFlash

Re. bouncing munition: it attempts to change direction just before the bounce, munitions are ballistic.

Re. missiles: During the UFO Chasers episode they showed the footage to an officer who worked with missiles his whole military career and he said it wasn't a missile. I repeat, no missile that size could take falling over let alone a crash like that.

Although film can play with apparent vs actual speed, the ballistic path after the bounce looks powered to me also. Couple that with the smoke trail, the rotation of the body during the bounce, a missile officers testimony and you have a powered craft that isn't a missile or a plane. Not only that but that smoke trail looks like a low velocity trail, not what exhaust would look like if it was providing thrust from a rocket or jet.

You do realize the original video from white sands was found for this. See they test missiles there this is called a bounce test. They purposely bounce the missile to see how much damage is done to the bulkhead. Basically want to know If it causes fuel leakage and blows up. They actually call them bounce ranges do to the mounds they set up to cause them to bounce.

I have many recorded ufo/alien tapes.this video has been seen on blue book and or best ufos ever caught on tape.

ive never seen a missile slide/glide like that.it seems all jubbly/bouncy/wobbly/jelloish like material.now i think about it,ive never ever seen anything like this before.first of its kind.

it kinda glows,thats odd.it shattered into a millions pieces.if its very heavy material,such as metal/steel,it would prob fly lower to the ground after smashing into a million pieces.these pieces seemed to float/fly off in a gentle formation.

since there's noone taking the heat for building this thing,test flying it,or explaining how it was built,leaves me to believe its hushed up and not to be mentioned.find out who filmed it,that's a foot in the doorway to uncovering the history of it.

It looks like a dummy multiple reentry vehicle test. It is white hot because of reentry into the atmosphere. The dummy warheads are made of depleted plutonium, thus very strong and dense, able to survive the first bounce, but fracturing into white hot shards after the second impact.

it's just a low rez video of a missile or some other projectile so you can only see the flame/exhaust.

at firing ranges there is stuff all over the place, but the fact that it was being filmed should tell you it was a test. and if it was a test they probably wanted to come along and see what did what and if there were any errors

I have never seen a rocket do that. Is there any proof its us. Where are the fragments or design of the bouncing rocket.
