Maybe not, but to your wife, with your daughter in the bed? Just how well do you know the guy? I'm still going with my suggestion as VISITS = fine, SLEEPOVERS = right out... I never want to have to say told you so.

Like the former social worker mentioned above, it really sounds like there is some drug use involved also, and that too is a concern. Good luck man.

Thank you for your advice. As well as everyone else. Its going to be in the judges hands now. We are set to go to court next month. Ill update to let yall know how it turned out.
