Israel should have been barred from the UN a long time ago. They abuse their neighbors and carry out illegal acts, they refuse to open their Nuclear arms to inspections, and they arrogantly dictate their policy over everything else.

If any other country acted in the way Israel does, they would not be in the UN.

It's about time the people stood up to their elected and forced the issue. This is actually happening in the UK, with members of the House Of Lords now openly criticizing Israel. People need to express their anger to their representatives and dispel the notion that they have public support around the world. They don't, and they never have.

The only reason governments like the UK and USA support them so blindly and overlook their criminality is because they need to appeal to the Jewish vote. If people actually expressed their opinion about Israel to their elected maybe things would start to change.

No, Israel isnt a Theocracy. The government is quite secular. Iran is under control of the religious authorities, a Grand Ayatollah. Israel has a democracy, Prime Minister and a Knesset.

Democracy means the officals are elected by a democratic process. It has nothibg to do with race. Jews can vote. Even secular ones.

You can argue all you want using silly rhetorics comparing Israel to Nazi Germany just because it is the self declared home of the Jews, but facts are facts.
Iran has religious law that rules the streets, Israel has a modern secular one.
In Iran you can get hanged for blasphemy.
In Israel the most religious law there is, is one that stops shops from selling full wheat bread in Passover period, and that law is barely even monitored.

Simply debating about what are the differences between Iran and Israel and who's a Theocratic religious regime and who's not is stupid. It's so easy to find the answer that just reading the debate makes it funny, let alone participate in it.
