Whoa easy there pilgrim both sides use this to their advantage - it's not a left/right issue its a fundamental problem with American politics.

The districts should follow just existing county boundaries or something with a +/- margin of error for the actual population. Might have to break it down by townships or boroughs in larger cities but at least use existing boundaries not convoluted racial demographic breakdowns that look like octopi. Some of these "districts make no sense in any way.

The one for E. Cleaver in KCMO snakes through the city with no rhyme or reason to gobble up all the black areas...

Hey Rep Cleaver happens to be black and a Democrat - I bet the republicans did that bit of gerrymandering right? Sure they did….
