Are Al Qaeda/CIAda behind the Putin Assassination Plot, and if so why? Are The West using Al CIAda to punish Putin for daring to vote against their draft UN resolution on regime change in Syria?

Assassination bid on Putin foiled
news.yahoo.com...

It was Russia’s most-wanted terrorist "Doku Umarov" who is thought to be behind the plot
www.neurope.eu...

According to his Wikipedia page, the United Nations Security Council says he (Umarov) is an Al-Qaeda associate, or should we say Al CIAda like the BBC suggest in their documentary The Power of Nightmares www.youtube.com...

"On March 10, 2011 the United Nations Security Council Al-Qaeda and Taliban Sanctions Committee added Umarov to the list of individuals associated with Al-Qaeda"
en.wikipedia.org...

To sum up Putin voted against the draft UN resolution on Syria just over a week ago, in the same month Al CIAda associate Doku Umarov plots to assassinate him.

Is this an example of how serious it is to vote against a UN resolution which serves the agenda of the Globalist Banking Mafia. They've wanted Putin out of the way for some time, but now they do more than ever.

When Russia and China recently voted against the draft UN resolution for regime change in Syria, they felt that with a case of civil war, it is unfair to back one side; there has to be a more even-handed intervention. If NATO armed rebels or 'protestors' as the Western Media terms them, go around attacking people, then it's unrealistic to expect the Assad regime to sit back and allow it to continue. If these NATO armed rebels showed up in The West randomly attacking London or New York, The Western Media would describe them as 'Terrorists', but when in Syria, we are told that Assad is a bloodthirsty dictator for defending against them.

There are not many nations big enough and strong enough to dare to vote against UN resolutions, especially resolutions that are clearly the agenda of The Bankers, like this one. Syria had been on their hit list for quite some time, just as Libya/Gaddafi had. 11 months ago they sent in their CIA Proxy Army to destabilize the country, Assad must be a very brave man, as he knows exactly what they'll do to him if they get their way, no doubt he'll meet a brutal end just as Gaddafi did. This is by design to put people off fighting TPTB, they want you to give in out of fear.

Russia and China veto UN resolution against Syrian regime
www.guardian.co.uk...

Fortunately for Syria; Russia and China are doing what they can to stop The Bankers getting away with their coup. However, they'll probably only be able to delay events, as the Western Bankers are known for being completely ruthless, so they'll find a way to get what they want, ensuring that Syria is under there control in time for the US/Isreal/UK attack on Iran.

This won't be the last attempt on Putin's life, there will be many more to come, they want him out of the way one way or the other. He's a thorn in the side of the NWO/Bankers and their plans for the world

Now this is something that makes a lot of sense.Let's see how this all plays out in the next few months. It will be interesting that's for sure. We need Russia and China to keep standing their ground but I fear the propaganda from the west will stir up old cold war fears and make them out to be the big bogey men again. The U.N needs to be completely destroyed from the top down. Its an absolute joke world wide.
I don't like to make predictions but after stomping around the globe killing and conquering for the last fifty years, the U.S is due for a big bloody nose. Most bullies eventually succumb to this because it's only a matter of time before people stand up and fight back. All this will either fizzle out to just more sabre rattling or things will escalate to the point of no return.

Like you say mark1167, there couldn't well be some big changes coming in the near future. It's getting to the point where Russia and China will have to engage against The West by one method or another. Putin knows there's a big effort now to either assassinate him or if necessary fund a 'protests'/coup in Russia (as has already started happening)

The Ukranians havent actualy confirmed it was a plot to assassinate Putin. So you know, Russian security forced may have just made it up. What with the election happening and all that.

Here's the quote itself
"Our final goal was to go to Moscow and attempt to assassinate Putin," a bruised man described as one of the plotters was shown saying in a police interview transmitted on Channel One.

Good point. This is another possibility as well. The Russians are no angels either and they are capable of playing this world wide phys ops game too but I do however tend to believe the U.S and the U.N will stop at nothing to complete their goals.

Why should America and the global banking network want change in Syria? Isnt the country already part of the banking system?

www.banquecentrale.gov.sy...

And they do not have oil either.

My guess is the veto was very convenient to them, if they were not prepared for and do not intend to take steps to intervene in Syria.

But if somebody can give me an idea on why the US and consorts would be interested in an successfull uprising.

This is it, they are no angels either. I tend to agree with you that the U.S. and U.N. are far more ambitious and ruthless than Russia. Also the Soviet Union was funded from New York by the same family that now controls the UN and the Federal reserve, so it's clear where the real power is.

You're right, he'll know exactly who's after him. For him to say that the CIA were after him would be declaring war on The West, it wouldn't be politically correct, the allegations would be denied and The West would immediately be subjected to a barrage of anti-Putin propaganda. Come to think of it, the anti-Putin propaganda has already (in recent months) been stepped up on mainstream TV channels in The West. (through my own observation)

Who owns the Central Bank of Russia exactly?

They've been after Syria for a while, Syria are allied to Iran and located very close; regime change in Syria is part of attacking Iran.

Wesley Clark ( US 4 Star General ) US will attack 7 countries in 5 years
Most relevant part between 1m 15s and 2m 46s

"We're going to take out 7 countries in 5 years: Iraq, Syria, Lebanon, Libya, Somalia, Sudan & Iran.."

Before anything else, keep in mind that only around a quarter of Russians have bank accounts

The Central Bank of Russia is an independent entity "Under Russian law, half of the Central Bank's profit has to be channeled into the federal budget." en.wikipedia.org...

It's important to note that the Bank of Russia (i.e Central Bank) owns a 57.58% stake in Sberbank, this makes it incredibly difficult for foreign owned banks to compete in Russia.

"Foreign banks entering the Russian market have had mixed fortunes. In 2011 several foreign banks announced plans to exit Russia or scale down their business, including Morgan Stanley, Banco Santander, HSBC and Barclays. Many have attributed this to the strength of state-owned banks Sberbank and VTB, which control much of the market. Success stories include Societe Generale, UniCredit and Raiffeissenbank.

So they said this right after 9/11? 7 countries in 5 years.
lets see....they've hit Iraq and Libya....that's two countries in 11 years.
so far they don't seem to be on target.
So another 30 years of war to finish off the last five countries? Sounds like America's long term plan for war profiteering. Nothing new here.

In reality it's the way it should be, but The West see any bank that isn't Rothschild as criminal, so yes

They have been behind schedule yes, like you say, this was said just after 9/11. Let's not forget that they've just (July 2011) managed to get control of South Sudan (i.e. the oil in Sudan) too, so that's 3 countries in 11 years. There's Afghan too which makes it 4 out of 8

1. Iraq = Job Done
2. Libya = Job Done
3. Sudan = Oil Area Renamed as South Sudan, now under United Nations control = Job Done
4. Syria = CIA Proxy Army in Place, Propaganda on Full Force = Pull the trigger
5. Lebanon = After Syria, send in CIA Proxy Army
6. Somalia = Pirates Funded, causing annoyance by hijacking ships = Propaganda Building
7. Iran = Propaganda on High, Nuclear Myths, attack after Syria and Lebanon have undergone regime change

More on Sudan
www.bbc.co.uk...

Sudan and South Sudan leaders bid to defuse oil dispute

"The presidents of Sudan and South Sudan are meeting in the Ethiopian capital Addis Ababa to discuss a deepening crisis over sharing their oil wealth

When South Sudan became independent last July, Sudan lost most of its oil."
