Actually, I would not download this file if I were you. Just in case.

Downloading files is like telling your computer that it is ok to let the virus get into your computer. This is so unsecure. The worst part is that viruses tricks your PC and antivirus programs, so it can't find the virus when you are in windows. The virus often hide in a place BEFORE the computer starts windows, so windows are not able to find it. (or any other operating system).

The only way to be sure, is to take out the harddrive and plug it in another computer that is working, and then scan the harddrive from the other computer. But I would not recommend to do this if you don't know what you're doing.
So unless you know what you are doing, don't try it.
