I wish Ron would focus more on everything he has done right over the years, not what others have done wrong.

The other candidates have to resort to personal attacks, because they can't run on their records.

Ron has the opportunity to take the high road, but doesn't seem to be taking it. Shame, because it would really set him apart.

He was asked a question about his recently released AD.

Everyone here should know that Ron Paul answers a question directly when he is asked.

I realize he was responding to an AD. I just wish he wasn't using negative attacks PERIOD, because I don't think it is necessary, or representative of his character.

Are you arguing that the facts in Ron's latest Santorum advertisement indeed not factual?

Have evidence for that? Not even Santorum could properly defend himself from Ron's points so isn't it nice to know that there is a presidential candidate on stage, telling the truth?

There is a big difference between telling the truth and negative attacks.

NO, you are missing my point entirely. I agree with everyone Ron has said, and support him completely. Voted for him in 08, and plan on repeating this year.

In my mind, however, what really sets Ron apart is that he doesn't strike me as a slick-talking, deceitful Politician. He seems to be a person who honestly gives a damn, and is in politics for the 'right' reasons, not for greed or power. I feel like he appeals many other people for this same reason, and when he makes low-jabs toward the others, however justified they are, it does nothing but take away from that image.

Newt is making himself look good comparatively just by staying out of the bitch fest and preaching 'unity of the party'.

Same team, bro!

Coming up is Sick Rantorum's favorite topic, religion...goody. What I don't understand if life is so sacred to him (only in the womb apparently) but he's the first one wanting to push the nuke button. WTF?

When the US is a 3rd world failed state and no longer the worlds hegemonic superpower, will we still be talking about birth control during presidential debates?

YES!

Look at them all dodge the question about contraception...LOL.

They are fine campaigning about it and pandering to their religous crowds...but at a national debate...nope...we have no opinion.

In my case, the technical difficulty was internet based. I do not have tv or cable.

It's these candidates that have MADE birth control an issue.

Why shouldn't he ask them about it?

Could you imagine
watching Santorum the family
values man smoking some tobacco
drinking a fruity alcoholic drink
banging hookers..

Santorum has quite the crowd in AZ.

I just heard all I need to know regarding the birth control issue: Ron Paul: " As an OBGYN Dr. for 30 years".

Owned.

Paul knows what he is talking
about on birthcontrol.
He let it be known, and I take his
MD knowledge over the issue then
some of these other guys in the debate.

Gingrich just needs to keep his mouth shut
about family values..

I wonder if Romney the Mormon would
leave his children in the care of a catholic
church while he is away.

Separation of church and state anyone? These guys know they are wanting to run for President of the USA. Right?

Newt agreeing with Ron Paul...Is a sign that basically says Ron Paul knows what he is talking about.

I actually agreed 100% with Gingrich there. We certainly are at a crossroads, and you all need to decide. Do you want to be on the side of the government tit, or live a free life?

(In hindsight, I realized that Gingrich said he was agreeing with Ron, so I agree with Ron haha)
