if you could somehow harness dark energy and send it with a light beam i think it would go faster than the speed of light because the dark energy would distort the space/time

Certainly not radio waves. But as we develop more technology we will also develop better ways to communicate via long distance.

actually radio waves are the fastest form of interstellar communication right now because all light travels the same speed in a vaccume.

We humans have not been practicing science for very long at all, I think an advanced extraterritorial civilization would laugh at our radio waves and look at them as we do smoke signals.

Sure radio waves are the best we have now, but not in the future.
