I can't tell you how much I admire your passion and spirit grounded in Constitutional principles. My opinion is that the Supreme Court will be less than friendly to OWS, but I could be wrong. They have limited those rights in the past and I don't see why they would change, but perhaps they will. Remember, the Constitution is what the Court says it is.

In most states if someone is in your house and you do not know them its perfectly fine to paint the walls red with their brains.

And honestly if anyone I dont know is in my home. They better hope I do not miss. You don't know what that individual is planning. You don't know what they'll do. But i know what I plan to do.

Point is...if these protestors were in fact in distress, they would have taken photos of the flag hanging upside down.

Instead they chose to burn it.

That sends a pretty clear message.
