Want to bet? I found it unfortunate but with a strong sense of justice that Google ran whining to the NSA to say "HELP US OBEWON, China is now doing to us what we have (and continue to do to others) HOW DARE THEY!

The ip addresses starting with 192 in that image look to be local services. 192.168 is a common ip range for dhcp(ex. 192.168.1.1 to 192.168.1.200).

I recommend using smoothwall its linux based on. install it on a old crap box computer with 2 network cards or 3 network cards.
say something with 1.5 Ghrz CPU, 512 meg of ram. no less than 4 gig harddrive.

nic card 1 = red interface(your internet modem out to the internet)
nic card 2 = green interface(is your network)
nic card 3 = orange interface(which could be your other network, wireless maybe?, vpn)

You can have more interfaces but who needs that.
if a useless old computer laying about use it. I think they have a plugin that will block a list of IP's and ranges. so if you could easily block that Chinese ip range.

I'm going to setup up mine again in a few days.

good luck.
