Being the skeptic I am (or think I am!) I found the video your about see very, very interesting. Its been uploaded to Youtube in the past hour and the video information suggests it was recorded in Germany although the person recording and bystanders appear American (unless they were on holiday at the time).

This is probably one of the better UFO videos and you can't really determine whether its a hoax or not as the object doesn't appear to have been added in and other peoples reactions seem pretty real to me.

What do you think? Easily debunked?

That's Germany, and most likely an American stationed there, as for the UFO, looks better than most video evidence of them so far, so i say REAL ..... until further notice

It seems to "float" more than "fly".........looks like a balloon or something like that. Maybe a blimp.

The people on the streets reactions may have been real, but that doesn't mean that what they where seeing was anything unusual.

Agreed , I don't buy this being filmed in Germany , it could be another recycled YT clip of something filled with Helium .

Why the commentary on specifically pointing out the object going behind the pole, and reappearing on the other side? There also seems to be some missing frames where the object is no longer seen and then in the next series of frames, reappearing. Additionally, the pixelation around the object is curious as well.

The one thing I noticed in the vid is...the Volvo store is named the Specialist...in German it is spelled Spezialist

I would think if the shop is in Germany, the sign on the shop would be in German.

Wow. I'm withcha as far as being a skeptic and you know what 'makes' this??....the girls passing by who help to corroborate what's supposedly being seen.

Now, that's an OLD trick.
David Blane and Chris Angel helped to expose the 'audience' (actors) participation angle of it all.

If it hadn't been for the girls, this wouldn't have been impressive especially that in the 1-minute of filming this, he didn't follow it rather he purposefully left in the telephone pole as a focal point.

I don't think that's a 'normal' reaction rather a more deliberate and calculating one.

This looks fake. It comes off fake. So in summation, I call it a fake.

I think it's a helicopter. I can see one of the 'skids' at 00.36
As for the girls reaction, it seems to be their just having fun with the guy filming it.

I think it's a remote controlled UFO toy.

Also...this is not in Germany..the sign is in English and the car(s) are not European cars, not even remotely.

And notice how he pans away from the "ufo" to show the girls. If you have what you think is a real ufo in the viewfinder, who is going to pan away to show the witnesses? The whole clip feels staged.

Very poignant point!! Hadn't thought of that.
Case closed. This is a staged hoax.

(man I really really deplore people like this. it's not cute, entertaining nor funny)

I don't think it's a hoax, just some guy filming a big heli in the distance and some girl shouting 'oh my god' as a funny response to his unusual remark. they aren't even looking at it a lot. You can't see the rotors because it's far away, but you can see it turning when it comes from behind the pole.

OK, with the huge possibility that I'm just feeding a troll here...

The only accent the girls have is American.
Why would German girls start talking English, when in Germany?
Why are all the cars in the scene American cars?
The Car Shop has signs which are in English.
There are wires and wire poles everywhere. Urban Western Europe has no such thing. These are all under ground.

Transcript:

Girls: "What's up?"
Guy: "A UFO, right up there in the sky"
Girls: "Liar!"
Guy: "Right over there. See that black spot up in the sky?"
Girls: "O, God, Oh, my God"

I don't even know why I went through these lenghts to prove something so trivial, but hey, I guess I think I just like that things are as they are, without falsehoods.

you're not feeding the "troll" here, you're just misinformed.
1. Most Germans learn English in school as a prerequisite.
2.That is not an American accent. I lived in Germany 3 years and can clearly hear a German accent speaking poor drunken English.
3. Many US soldiers or airmen after leaving the service stay in Germany and run businesses, Because its a German made cars does not mean the store owner is not American or English, hence the letters in English due to it being somewhere near a US installation for the soldiers to purchase a car. Seen many before where i was stationed in Schweinfurt.
4. Lastly in Schweinfurt and many other German cities the poles are EXACTLY like those, NOT ALL but MANY.
Upon traveling the world i myself have learned.....there is more to what we see on our PC monitors
