2012: Would you quite like something to happen?

Obviously nothing earth ending, but would you quite like SOMETHING to happen next year? Be it UFO landing, American based [civil war] or maybe a new planet being found; I would actually enjoy something happening.

Something the whole world [and rigid debunker] alike would have to acknowledge.

Any thoughts or opinions on this?

Yea everyone here wants it to happen. So many of us are in need of change and what's the best way to change our society other then a SHTF scenario.

Could you please expand on what you mean by "it"?

at this point in time i would welcome a ELE with open arms, but something has to happen, even if its just the start of world war 3, advancement in space technology, or peace.

Something happens everyday of every year. Usually though it is on a individual level. Aliens revealing themselves would be cool though...as long as they're peaceable.

Good question, if it means that we will grow up as a specie and we sort out the world in the long run then Yes I want something to happen But if it just means many die for nothing and we keep repeating the same mistakes then No I don't.

I would welcome Ron Paul as President.

I would like to see some major changes, but I'm afraid they will be for the worse. I want to see a revolution, peaceful or otherwise. I want to see Ron Paul elected simply so we don't have another shill in office. I'd like to see our war in Afghanistan die down. However, I suspect we'll see martial law, Obama for a 2nd term, and a war with Iran. And I'm usually such an optimistic person.

I think we just need to unplug. Our "advances" are rubbish, in terms of the actual word being applied to our species.

I could go on, but...really? We are advanced enough in "gadgetry". But unplug all that, we'd be sent back to the stone age. More or less.
I think we need to advance for a different cause. Unplugging, realizing our full potential might be a good thing to happen for 2012. Advancement for humanity, rather than for greed.

I'd like Yahshua (Jesus) to return to earth in 2012, it has been a very long time and we have never seen our King. It may have only been 2 days for him but it's been 2000 years for us.

I would like a whole lot of things happening.

That would keep a person excited.
