So our best lead is the food for no nukes....

That is good news if that is the case...

But we got 25 minutes until we know fact.

I'm liberal and more for Obama than any single GOP candidate other than Dr. Paul (who's libertarian).

I have to say this bothers me though.

We have starving people here? Sounds like another foreign issue we should not be dealing with.

Maybe if they get the same quality of food (cardboard McDonald's hamburgers) that many of us eat here due to economic pressures/etc.

They better be on their UBER BEST BEHAVIOR. Ongoing food aid is a major favor.

Arg.

People starve so companies like monsanto can make money pushing seedless produce...

We did do this, until 2009, do you think the people actually know the food comes from the US? The government dictates what they learn. They eat our food all the while being told we are evil and want to kill them, and then the NK continue their weapon programs anyways.

Guys? Hey guys? I have a prediction. North Korea is going to saber rattle. Everyone will freak out for a day or two. Nothing will happen and Kim Jong Il will still be ronery.

I second that, why is the US government trying to help out everyone but their own people?

The broadcast more than likely has to do with the food N.K./U.S. food deal. That would be cool.

But it might have something to do with this.....

N. Korea pushing to bolster military ties with China, Russia

SEOUL, Dec. 19 (Yonhap) -- North Korea has strengthened its military ties with China and Russia in recent months, a development that could undermine regional security, analysts said Monday.

Two Chinese naval vessels called at the North Korea's eastern port of Wonsan in August in the first visit by the Chinese navy.

That's not cool.

The food deal with N.K. to stop their nuke program doesn't really do any good if they have military ties with China and Russia now does it?

China and Russia will just do the nuke'n for them.

I guess we'll have to wait 15min to find out.

Maybe, that is the first thought that passed through my head. However, i am not sure what this topic that NK will discuss. Hopefully though, it is positive
