I happen to be one of those people who detest the United Nations. Nothing good ever comes of that international government. I agree that Israel needs to change it's ways and so does Palestine among many nations including my own. However, this is pure posturing. No good will come of this. In fact more bad will come from it now that they set it in stone of anything at all in my opinion.

I fear for the Israeli people because of it's government's behavior and actions over the decades. It was allowed to do it to begin with because of the UN and the international community. Israelis are surrounded by enemies. I saddens me to think how much death has occurred on every side of this conflict.

You still haven't addressed the actual resolutions, which are the topic of the thread. Instead you have spouted propaganda and your material isn't even that good.

Regardless of your opinion on UN hypocrisy, you still refuse to acknowledge your own hypocrisy within this thread of which I have pointed out.

You were defending UN resolutions against Syria, only to discredit the ones against Israel. Is there a reason for this behavior of yours?

I suggest that all the people who are feeling for the Palestinians, but also think that all people are the same anyways and distinctions don't matter, that you immediately start campaigning for your governments to allow the entire mass of Palestinians to become citizens of your country. Your country probably has lots of room, and more opportunities for them.

That would be truly humanity blind, and a great kindness. More opportunities, more land, more freedoms, more safety. It behooves you to immediately begin a campaign to make this plan happen.

The Palestinians have been living off Israel for...oh... about 50 years. My wife is the daughter of a christian Palestinian, her aunt is an immigrant to the US from Israel (as a Palestinian immigrant). The muslims and their hatred toward israel are the stopping point.

Right of return is a non starter.....it's just not going to happen in any large amount, those who think it will are sadly misguided. Unless Israel gets a very good peace agreement, I don't think they will give up East Jerusalem either. They will have to have a really sweet deal to do that.

As usual, both sides are too stubborn to give the other side anything to show a real Peace deal. Both sides have unrealistic ideas of how accommodating their are being to the other side.
