I would say no...or that they already have them. Perhaps all of the tests we take as children help them spot who they would like to keep dulled down and who will go on to serve higher up. Cause let's face it unless you are born in the family you do not rule at the top and will in some way serve. Either as a peon working class or an upper middle class you still serve...

There are 4 types of people...

The smart who are lazy [this IS TPTB! because they smart enough to be lazy!]

The smart who are industrious [this IS TPTB handy men!]

The dumb who are lazy [these can be manipulated to do what is required by the smart industrious handy men in management etc.]

And finally the dumb who are industrious [these :shk: 'ers need to be stamped out because they work very hard every single moment at being dumb!]

Personal Disclosure: OL is smart enough to be LAZY! Either wayI am not TPTB's target demographic slated for destruction!

Obedient Workers....People who are just smart enough to run the machines and do the

Its hard to call it and it depends on if your speaking of the Earth caaretakers or those who place those of earth in power. for those who place earth caretakers in power may have different Agenda but it hasnt been upheld since they been gone so long. So its a hard call. in one thought you would feel they want decent critical thinking skills, why on the other hand you get the feeling they want the massess of Earth to be dumbdown so that there is controll over them..
