Not possible. A Black Hawk loaded down with special forces and carrying a standard armament would already be at its load capacity, it would not be able to carry a "truckload" of WMDs.

In addition, it is illegal for the US to manufacture or stockpile chemical weapons per the Chemical Weapons Convention. If the US were to foolishly go against this convention and manufacture chemical weapons, there is not a chance in hell that they would label them and slap a US flag on them. I call BS on this tale.

CAB? That's never been used as a military designation for NBC weapons. Chemical agents manufactured and used by the US military are marked with the designations H, HD, T, Q, L, HL, HT, HQ, HN, ED, MD or PD.

Most of those were sold as samples to universities for making vaccines. The mayority of the real wmd, including the mustard gas used by Saddam to murder Kurds were sold to them by European countries...

In fact, if you do some "real" research you will find that most of the wmd program that Saddam had were sold by EUROPEANS, and in the 90s by the Russians.

I know quite a few members are missing a few screws and claim that every time someone shows proof, or mentions the fact that the U.S. didn't sell them all, nor most of the wmd, like some people claim, these people have to claim "he/she is a CIA agent"...

Why would it be written that way? Chemical Agent Blister? If that sort of definition was used it should be a CBA, or Chemical Blister Agent, or Blister Agent (chemical compound). When someone writes "Chemical Agent Blister" it shows very poor knowledge of the English language.

This leads me to believe either it was a hoax trying to blame the U.S., or you might be lying.

I certainly appreciate your candor as you just linked something that happened in 1988 to your time there and let me say glad you made it out alive.

Funny thing, in 1988 the weapons for sale to Iraq were defined, organized and procured by Saddam through the US State department on the QT. They were shipped to France, repacked and then shipped to South Africa where G5 cannons were added, you have to have plausible deniability, right? Then they were shipped on to Iraq from the port at Durban.

I worked for the company (military contractor) that handled the deal as their Chief R&D Engineer and I answered to the Chief of CI on behalf of Armscor, the SADF/QMG and the MD of the company. This was a high level deal where ministers in government were involved, ambassadors and an arms company jointly controlled by the French and the Israelis. Some of those ministers and officers were supposed to be on Pan Am 103, talk about clearing up lose ends. Anyway, I saw the way-bills, a stack about 5-6" thick, I quit right after that. I have no problem retiring terrorists or getting rude when the need requires it (part of my job), but I won't be a party to selling arms to crazies.

Our governments do some pretty strange things. It's all about accessing resources and establishing central banks. Getting to that point uses the arms trade, which is 10 times larger than the entire world drug trade.

I have no reason to doubt the OPs story. I'd heard about a few "old mortar rounds" of various gas weapons being buried in a panic. As if these things had any REAL military value.

This story reminds me of when I watched a CNN reporter showing one of Saddam's many bunkers full of weapons. They quickly scanned the camera past row upon row of "US Munitions" and down on the lower right shelf was a small section of some French Flagged mortars -- and THIS is where the camera stayed as the "serious" reporter talked about Saddam's war machine. Don't tell me that some of these reporters don't know their job is propaganda and selling the war.

The implication, of course, is that "backstabbing France" was helping our enemies. This is before the NeoCon Sarkozy got into power -- and the Media was busy pushing the "socialists who never support our military" -- their prudence in not supporting the total regime change in Iraq was derided as cowardice.

the advance was halted for 24 hours.

Our NBC guy ended up being "kidnapped"

Man, glad you're sharing your story. When all the crap about "no WMD's" came out, I was the first one to counter, and boy did I get called every name in the book and lobbed in with the pro-Bush clan. I personally had friends that uncovered caches of them and shared stories, but for whatever reason, these stories never made the news, nor did the White House ever defend itself against the media. They also discovered chemical weapons.

Something deeper was definitely going on. While the majority was busy attacking Bush for "lying", those of us who knew the truth were trying to figure out what was really happening. WMD's were there, they were found, yet no one reported it and the White House has since "apologized". My feeling is that it may have been an inside deal gone bad, and they needed to recover these weapons before they were used on unintended targets. However, the White House couldn't very well say they found them, because the weapons were from the U.S. to begin with.

The secret arms deals that goes on behind the scenes under the cloak of the CIA is shocking. There are entire wars that play out between factions in different countries that we do fight, yet we tip the balance in favor of one side by supplying weapons and training on the sly. Sometimes I think it turns out good, but other times I think it goes awry and then we have a situation like the WMD's in Iraq.

What kind of ignorants forum admin does not know about this? Whether or not what you say is true it is well known that several countries have biologicial weapons well above atrocity.

The question is: how can someone have such a SICKENED mad mind as to design and actually build such thing?

so we mass produce WMD's and sell the obsolete ones to other countries. so, now we want a reverse refund. for a truckload of WMD's, which can be hauled away by a blackhawk, we've killed more people than those weapon can 1000 fold.

they did not have WMD's, that is not what you would define as MASS DESTRUCTION. these poor people just want the insanity to stop so they gather up all they thought were unique and handed them to you in the hope you would leave them alone.
