It's like how during the BP Oil Spill ordeal that BP was caught red handed trying to lobby judges to file everything in Texas and was actively attempting to block actions in Louisiana, Mississippi, Alabama and Florida because the Judges in Texas were in their back pocket. Same exact case different medium!

Obama was in their back pocket too. He is getting 85 mil over 10 years for his part in the disaster. Obama also interfered with Governor Jindal's execution of the cleanup activity.

By the way, there are plenty of activist judges not on the Supreme Court, but in lower courts.

The only interference that was played by was BP who tried to circumvent whatever it could however it could and this is documented.

BP ran Lousiana's cleanup but since the GOP is deep rooted with oil they spun it to lay blame at the gov't.

Corporate Personhood is effectively dead as a dozen people in 08 declared the US as their corporation making every citizen the corporation's employees and decreeing further all employees exempt from Codex Almentarius effectively killing and stopping Codex cold hence why it expired on Dec 31 2009 and has been tabled indefinately. Hence why you no longer hear of it anymore.

Love the name, Eluvietie fan I presume?
