Libya: Extreme Disinformation

I only recently started paying attention to the conflict in Libya. I actually believed what they were telling me on TV. It seemed obvious to me Gaddafi was indeed some sort of evil dictator. Therefore I didn't see any real conspiracy, it made sense that the Rebels would want to end the current regime. It took this video and this thread to make me question the mainstream projection of the conflict.

Recent news has reported that "The charred remains of about 53 people were found in a warehouse in Tripoli, apparently opponents of Gaddafi who were executed, Britain's Sky News reported on Saturday", and they sling it all over the mainstream news; yet they ignore all the evidence for war crimes committed by Rebel forces. They completely ignore the fact both sides are taking losses.

NATO are bringing death and destruction to a prosperous and peacefull country, they are actively participing in the destruction of an established Government and the reasons for doing so are clearly sinister. Why should NATO get to decide such things? Is it not up to the people of Libya to oppose the regime if they believe it is out of control?

1.7 million people assembled in Green Square, Tripoli to show defiance against the NATO bombings of Libya. That is 95% of Tripoli's population, or around 1/3 of the entire population of Libya. If the Rebels truly wanted the best for their country, why would they set up a central bank controlled by the Rothchilds when their old one issues debt free currency?!?

In 1951 Libya was the poorest country in the world. Before this conflict started they enjoyed the highest standard of living in Africa, ahead of Russia, Brazil and Saudi Arabia. They have free high quality healthcare and homes are considered a Human right. Newly married couples get $50,000 for a new house. All loans have 0% intrest by law. Let me conclude with an excerpt from Gaddafi's Green Book:

NEED

The freedom of a human being is lacking if his or her needs are controlled by others, for
need may lead to the enslavement of one person by another. Furthermore, exploitation is
caused by need. Need is an intrinsic problem and conflict is initiated by the control of
one's needs by another.

HOUSING

Housing is an essential need for both the individual and the family and should not be
owned by others. Living in another's house, whether paying rent or not, compromises
freedom. Attempts made by various countries to solve the housing problem did not
provide a definite solution because such attempts did not target the ultimate solution - the
necessity that people own their dwellings - but rather offered the reduction, increase, or
standardization of rent, whether it went to privately or publicly-owned enterprise. In a
socialist society, no one, including society itself, has the right to control people's needs.
No one has the right to acquire a house additional to his or her own dwelling and that of
his or her heirs for the purpose of renting it because this additional house is, in fact, a
need of someone else. Acquiring it for such a purpose is the beginning of controlling the
needs of others, and "in need freedom is latent".

INCOME

Income is an imperative need for man. In a socialist society, it should not be in the form of
wages from any source or charity from any one. In this society, there are no wage-earners,
but only partners. One's income is a private matter and should either be managed privately
to meet one's needs or be a share from a production process of which one is an essential
component. It should not be a wage in return for production.

MEANS OF TRANSPORTATION

Transportation is also a necessity both to the individual and to the family. It should not be
owned by others. In a socialist society, no person or authority has the right to own a
means of transportation for the purpose of renting it, for this also means controlling the
needs of others.

LAND

Land is the private property of none. Rather, everyone has the right to beneficially utilize it
by working, farming or pasturing as long as he and his heirs live on it - to satisfy their
needs, but without employing others with or without a wage. If lands were privately owned,
only the living would have a share in it.

Land is permanent, while those who benefit from the land undergo, in the course of time,
changes in profession, capabilities and existence.

The aspiration of the new socialist society is to create a society which is happy because it
is free. This can only be achieved by satisfying, man's material and spiritual needs, and
that, in turn, comes about through the liberation of these needs from the control of others.
Satisfaction of these needs must be attained without exploiting or enslaving others;
otherwise, the aspirations of the new socialist society are contradicted.

Gaddafi won't quit so easily. He has become a big thorn to NATO and if this Libyan War doesn't end by this year, people will naturally start questioning NATO's involvement in Libya.

And just to add more evidence of this disinfo campaign, many Pro-Gaddafi Twitter accounts and Facebook groups are being hacked into and being removed.

Time will tell. I just hope more people wake up to these truths. I have never seen such an extensive disinfo campaign. I find it highly disturbing. BTW, anyone know what is going on with the new topic feed? It's starting to get very annoying.

I believe I am seeing a lot of pro-rebel bots on ats ,particularly on a thread related Al Jazeera faking photos.

The elitest are in control. They will stop at nothing to maintain that control. resources areharder and harder to find as we continue to GROW in demand for resources. If we could have tappered this off 20 years ago things wouldnt be so bad now, but we did not.

I just wonder when this wil turn from countries to commoners. If you have 100 chickens, and they kept reproducing, you were able to maintain but one day lost your job. What happens to the chickens? Eventually it will seem more feasable to take out the demand rather than increase the supply at the expense of others.

Even if a few rocket launchers were kept there that's hardly a valid reason to bomb such critical infrastructure! And they claim these rocket launchers were being used by loyalists against civilians? NATO makes me sick...

I tried watching this video of Gaddafi's soldier getting beheaded by the rebels. Absolutely sick, couldn't watch it all.

If anyone [collectively] in this country gave a sh:t about anyone but themselves, or understood how this world (and, specifically how the U.S. operates, and is perceived) really works, they would pay attention to what is going on there, and be scared as hell.

We invade every other country under the auspices of spreading freedom, liberty and democracy, and every available opportunity we are stripping those very things from it's own citizens.

If you don't believe that there is a 'shadow government' or ultimate elite body really running things, then you are just not paying attention. We are a police state, we are just turning the others first. We are the big bully on the block that does whatever the fvck we want, whenever the fvck we want.

And, that can't last forever.

Thanks for providing the post. I think the most disturbing factor is that they have setup they're own financial
institution which is going to put that country in debt and suck all of it's oil. To top it off, this is all being enforced
by the united nations which has an outward appearance of peace and prosperity.

It's okay though, Obama is a just man who recently won the nobel prize..

As well as doing immense good for his country Gaddafi was a threat to the world's elites for these reasons:

1) Extremely pro-African. He was a unifying force that was a direct threat to AFRICOM - America's Afican military alliance. Libya would also not join Africom.

2) Support huge Chinese investments in Libya.

3) A driving force behind the African Dinar and wanted to use Libya's oil to inject large amounts of money into African Dinars.

He stepped over the line in too many areas and had to be taken out. He was a threat to American influence in Africa, he was a threat to the US Dollar and support Chinese Expansionalism. Now we'll have an Al-Queada backed government in Libya with Sharia Law and extreme tribal violence. Mission accomplished.

Oh, and nice "No-Fly Zone". That mandate soon turned into "Bomb anything that belongs to Gadaffi and be Al-Queada's airforce supporting their operations 100%". NATO, and the world, make me sick for letting this travesty occur.

Some cables just released by Wikileaks expose just how closely US and Ghadaffi were working together until recently and how US was training Ghadaffi military and how TPTB are absolutely aware of the fact that some of the rebels are Al Qaeda operatives.

Washington and its NATO allies are now determined to smash the Libyan regime, supposedly in the interests of “liberating” the Libyan people. That Gaddafi was until the beginning of this year viewed as a strategic, if somewhat unreliable, ally is clearly seen as an inconvenient truth.


The cables have been virtually blacked out by the corporate media, which has functioned as an embedded asset of NATO and the so-called rebel forces that it directs. It is hardly coincidental that the WikiLeaks posting of the cables was followed the next day by a combination of a massive denial of service attack and a US judge’s use of the Patriot Act to issue a sweeping “production order” or subpoena against the anti-secrecy organization’s California-based Domain Name Server, Dynadot.


The most damning of these cables memorializes an August 2009 meeting between Libyan leader Muammar Gaddafi and his son and national security adviser, Muatassim, with US Republican Senators John McCain (Arizona), Lindsey Graham (South Carolina), Susan Collins (Maine) and Connecticut “independent” Joe Lieberman.
