Same Maxine Watersesque meme, new 'angry Black Congresswoman' (this one with a snappy red, sequined cowboy hat!) blaming the jobs, economic and social crisis in the African American community on (drum roll) THE TEA PARTY!!! (Which has no official leader, headquarters, or policy position--a band of like minded Americans of ALL races wanting to reform the quagmire that Washington has become--a movement only about a year and a half old).

Today's 'official' statement is from Democrat (of course) Frederica Wilson of Florida:

www.realclearpolitics.com...

No mention of failed Obama policies, of Keynesian economic theories once again hurting those intended to recieve help the most...nope...the real enemy is The TEA PARTY.

Who will carry the message tomorrow? Sheila Jackson Lee?

All this does every time I see someone blame the Tea Party, is reveal their ignorance of the current situation in this country. If you want to place blame congresswoman, you need look no further than to yourself! It is people like you who led this country down the road to where we are today! The Tea Party has not been around long enough to take the blame of the situation that this country is in. If you still think that it is to blame, then you are in fact also placing the blame of everything that Bush left Obama, on none other than Obama himself!
Logic is a two way street. You cannot have your cake and eat it too in a situation such as this. It is either one way or the other. If the Tea Party is to blame for everything, then so is Obama.

i find that hilarious that shows the true colors of the democratic party

all the hatred and animosity towards the teaparty is challenging the status quo.

shrink government and live within its means.

i mean come on for crying out loud only true idiots have a problem with that.

grow government and spend moneyt supposedly trying to help the people that they themselves have been victimizing,.

shrink government and live within its means

If there is a common factor among the disparate Tea Party Movement groups, followers and wannabe's, it is less government intrusion into state and personal matters, and less spending.

Of course, this strikes at the very heart of the Dem/liberal/progressive agenda, regardless of color.

Any pull-back fron enforced dependency is going to provoke outrage and inane accustaions.

These democrat "spokespeople" speak only for the wilfully ignorant or multi-generationally dependent who see government as the solutions to all of their problems, real and perceived.

Day two?

The Tea Party Movement has been blamed for everything that affronts the progessive agenda since Ron Paul's last campaign and Santelli's "call to arms;" at least 2+ years ago.

Maybe day 2 this week, but then again, we're only 3 days into the week. Give 'em more time, there'll be more feigned outrage. Will you be keeping a running total?

Ah yes... another finger-pointing political polarization thread. Because you folks are sure that Party A is SO much better than Party B... and that if only YOUR party of choice could get in control everything would be skittles and subnshine likitty-split.

Get real... the problem is with the entire corrupt system and YOU PEOPLE that are still clueless enough to play along. Their all bought and paid for. I don't care if they want to call themselves Tea Partiers or Butt Lickers they are all the same. They bow to the same masters and polish the same elite's knobs. And until the likes of you all get the big lightbulb over your heads to blink-on wer're going to continue in this mess until we all go down the hole.

They're all screwing us... intentionally. They may go in with all the good intentions in the world but we all know waht the road to hell is paved with.

The Tea Party is responsible for;
Gingivitus
The sinking of the Maine
Continental drift
Bipedalism
Sean Connery's hair loss
The Macarana (I'll take credit for that)
The little umbrellas in sissy cocktails
Central air conditioning
And the Chicago Bears Superbowl win.

Not unemployment, economy, congress, or the jackwagon in the White House.

The TEA party is for corporations

The corporations install politicians by funding politicians to perform their agenda in exchange for election

The Politicians then go on the wield government, grow government and profit from the policies their politicians create.

The TEA party is the status quo, magnified

Corporations are people, my friend

The Tea Party is almost 3 years old, not 1.5 years, and sure it has a leader, FreedomWorks, led by Dick Armey Former GOP Leader of the House turned lobbyist who reports to his principle funders the Koch Brothers.

Actually the TEA party does in fact have a party line and agenda, and that is to bring the United States into a Fascist Oligarchy. It's an old plan that was first brought forth by Prescott Bush, George HW Bush's father.

See, corporations are in league with fascist elements within the United States and they are using the TEA Party to further their own political goals.

It's no wonder people fall for it. They believe their taxes are too high, and they are told that if you tax the richest 1% of Americans then they will take their jobs elsewhere.

The truth is quite the opposite and it's been proven by history that when you tax the wealthy they tend to create more jobs because they have to conduct more business in order to make the same amount of money they do when their taxes are lowered.

what a load of crap what i see when i look at the current potus and the democratic leadership and policies of the past 3 years you can get any more fascist.

i see the ignorance that rails agianst corporations but the federal government power far exceeds any so called power a corporation has

and as always you can buy whatever you want and pay whatever you want.

as opposed to that fascist organization called a corporate federal government who makes you do whatever they tell you and pay them whatever they want.

ps i smell a poster with multiple accounts here and last i heard thats a no no.

That is a very interesting point you make. Taxing the rich more makes them work harder to make up the difference...I would love to see the stats on that .....If it does work that way, taxing the poor would make them get out and work harder to make up the difference too!!! What a wonderful plan !!!

Interesting observation, let's define that shall we?

Fascism:

a governmental system led by a dictator having complete power, forcibly suppressing opposition and criticism, regimenting all industry, commerce, etc., and emphasizing an aggressive nationalism and often racism.

A governmental system led by a dictator having complete power...

Hmm, sounds like the leadership of the GOP, namely Rush Limbaugh. (after all, you can't anger master Rush now can you?)

Forcibly suppressing opposition and criticism...

Sounds like O'Reilly to me.

Regimenting all industry, commerce, etc.

Don't you see that happening now? Commerce and Industry refuse to create any jobs because the GOP are telling them to not create jobs.

and emphasizing an aggressive nationalism and often racism...

Hmm, that sounds a lot like the surge in Anti Immigrant and Anti Muslim protests around the country to me, who was doing that by the way? Oh that's right CONSERVATIVES.

It's just the old Prescott Bush plan going into action, thanks to the TEA Party.

Who could ever imagine that just wanting a smaller government, a return to personal responsibility, would create such hatred and animosity.

Now we know.

"The first truth is that the liberty of a democracy is not safe if the people tolerate the growth of private power to a point where it becomes stronger than their democratic state itself. That, in its essence, is fascism - ownership of government by an individual, by a group, or by any other controlling private power. "

Franklin D. roosevelt

private power as in the democratic party who seeks to maintain and create more power than the state itself

they have complete and total power

Hmm, sounds like the leadership of the GOP, namely Rush Limbaugh. (after all, you can't anger master Rush now can you?)

deflection tactic worthy of goebbels himself dont see what rush has to do with the thread.

Forcibly suppressing opposition and criticism...

like the fairness doctrine pushed by the left and the likes of kerry on the record of the teaparty to sit down and shut up and noone should listen to them

or my personal favorit fox news should be taken off the air.

all fascist ideology akin to the nazi book burning.

Hmm, that sounds a lot like the surge in Anti Immigrant and Anti Muslim protests around the country to me, who was doing that by the way? Oh that's right CONSERVATIVES.

and the endless anti isreali anti chirstian threads on this site and elsewhere

OH thats right thats democrats i have yet to see any defend the rights of a christian for jew here.

actually its the old nazi propaganda its quite a shame that the left teach what they think fascism is instead of what they have become themselves.

It would be a wonderful world where humans acted in a way that we didn't have a need for a government. Unfortunately the personal responsibility you speak of doesn't actually pan out.

Unfortunately for us, there are people who want to hurt others, there are people who want to steal from others, there are companies who want to pollute this planet till it no longer can sustain life, there are companies that don't care if their employees get hurt. And because of all of that and more, there is a need for a government.

Will it be the same fascist oligarchy that we have under Obama, or a different one? Just wonderin'.

Apparently under the cruel dictatorship of Obama aren't we all living in a Socialist Orwillian Nightmare? Certainly we can't live in both a fascist nightmare AND a socialist nightmare under one president can we?

I think that according to the conservatives over at FOX News they have decided early on that under Obama we live in a Socialist nightmare and not a Fascist nightmare.
