The lack of actual discussion of the site. Quality goes down like cows tail, ppl flood the thread with totally OT music videos and stuff like that and other people gives even stars to those replies. wtf? really come on.

Oh come on. Don't be such a sour puss. We love music here. Sometimes...sometimes...the music has more meaning behind it than just the words. It all means something to the poster(usually). Some use it to post their feelings and experiences. There is no crime in that. A few good laughs never hurt either. Laughter really is the best medicine

Hey all. I know the whole Oct 28th thing is pretty much dead now, but I'd thought I'd throw out one last bit of info I came across before I bow out of this thing. Actually, I didn't really come across it, so much as it came to me. The other day I received an e-mail from a poster on the Record called Barfu, saying that he had found out the whole thing was a joke. (Not that anybody is surprised at this point). He said he found out from Midnite and Fackerman, two of the posters on the Record, who were apparently part of it and decided to let him in on the joke. Of course, all I have is Barfu's word that they told him this. But I think the responses to that masaruemoto post seem to be confirming what Barfu told me.

The only thing I'm not sure of is how Barfu got my e-mail. But then, if Midnite and Fackerman are part of the whole thing, they would have had access to that from when I signed up with the record, so I'm thinking he got it from them. At any rate, I'm not exactly bringing any great revelations with this, I just thought I'd share what I had been told with the folks who have been following this whole thing from the beginning. I can honestly say that I walk away from this with no hard feelings towards the "Open" crew. Frankly, I kinda enjoyed my "sparring" with them, it was kinda fun to see how much Open would twist and squirm to avoid being pinned down to anything. I guess we had our fun on both sides.

Also, I know I wasn't the most active member on this thread, but let me just say I've enjoyed reading everyone's posts and opinions. It's certainly been a trip, hasn't it?
