What the hell just happened? Did the online stream skip in the middle of Ron Paul's last answer for anyone else?

I was just about to say that I felt like Ron Paul seemed like his age was showing more-so than usual. I first noticed on the August 10th cnbc "Squawk Box" appearance. But Ron seemed to be stammering through his answers a little more than his younger opponents. I'm rooting for Ron all the way so I hope I'm imagining things.

It's really frustrating. I bet Romney will win the straw poll, only because he had so much more airtime than any other candidate. Every other question came back to him. It's like watching 55 minutes of FoxNews and 5 minutes of CNN, then saying you think FoxNews has a more convincing argument. Well, duh! Because they had like 10X more time to prove their point.

Most of these politicians are making themselves look like fools.

This example shows the fundamental PROBLEM with FORCING people TO GET HEALTH CARE:

Owning/driving a car is a PRIVILAGE- not a right.
And as such, mandatory car insurance is logical, and appropriate.

HOWEVER-
BEING ALIVE IS A RIGHT.
Hell, it's the ultimate right.
And it's unconstitutional to force a policy on a right.
And it's just wrong.

Ron Paul is romping with this answer, simply amazing. I love it. Free-market based health care, we need more freedom and Paul is the only one up there truly proposing it.

Wow. Paul did great on a question obviously intended to trip him up. Gotta love those cheers he got at the end

Well Rick Santorum just slammed Ron Paul for his position of believing in local government rule, decentralization, and limited government. Surprise!

He was super articulate on that last one so that kills that. Granted, I think he needs to dumb it down a bit for the lowest common denominator.

Yeah but the problem with Santorum, is that he is falling back, though not in too many words, that the nation is a moral nation with moral laws. It reeks of the pulpit and that will hurt him in the long run.

Off the stage to get some advice to stop making herself look bad? Petty bickering isn't the way to become President.

I think Fox is trying (and failing badly) to make Ron Paul look bad. That lightening round question about Rick Perry first asked to Paul was meant to catch him off guard, and Paul shines again
