Look people it is certainly easy enough to understand.

The CIA kicked up the ground swell of feeling and then organised for this druggy bloke to get shot by the Met. Meanwhile, the Islamists were getting all the immigrants onto the streets. The Illimunati then made sure that the police stayed at home so that the immigrants and muslims could carry out the CIA's simple plan to divert attention away from Nibiru, and of course sell hundreds of American made base ball bats and balaclavas.
