It is worth something.
Those who don't listen are not worthy of it....

I hate picking up the coffee cup and finding out that it's empty. I really don't feel like getting up to get more.

I saw a bighorn sheep today with a radio tracking collar and wondered if the other bighorns were jealous or made fun of him.

Oyster. Hatstand.

* I will loudly sing the praises of he or she who provides the correct citation for the above literary quotation, which is highly relevant to the topic. Favored to win is Pisky. *

If all the harm that politicians have done
Were put in a bundle and rolled into one
Earth would not hold it
The sky could not enfold it
It could not be lighted or warmed by the sun.
Such masses of evil
Would puzzle the devil
And keep him in fuel while Time's wheels run

With apologies to JK Stephen, the original author, who was at one point considered to be a suspect for the Jack The Ripper murders. And of course it was from a book about JTR that I got this poem from - although he was talking not about Politicans, but about women. He was somewhat of a weird fellow to say the least.

I much prefer my edited version.

One day out in the middle of a field in sunny California, as some cattle were grazing happily on the fresh green clovers and grass. A small earthquake occurred. Several of the cows were knocked down, but the two bulls in the pasture remained standing. 5 min later, a large aftershock knocked down several more cows. The two bulls once again were unaffected. Thinking it wise to lay down and wait out any more aftershocks, the cows decided to take an afternoon rest. Puzzled at the two standing bulls, one of the cows asked "You can see all us cows laying down, how do the two of you remain standing in the earthquakes?"

One of the bulls relpied, "We bulls wobble, but we don't fall down."

I know, crummy joke, stop throwing those tomatoes please.
