I'm doing 'impossible' things by focusing/thinking on it?

Every once in awhile I get a random feeling about something. For example, last year out of the blue I told my wife to look me in the eyes and to think of a number between 1-10. I went to the other side of the room and wrote #6 on a piece of paper and folded it in half. As I approached her, we made I cantact and I felt that she changed the number. So, I told her to wait and I wrote down #3 and the back side of the paper. Then I asked her the number she picked, she told me to show her what I had written first. So, I showed her the #6 and she laughed at me and said that she picked 3#, I said do you mean this and I flipped over the paper and she was shocked. I have done things like this off & on throughout my life, but I can't control it. I would love to know a way to strengthen and harness that

OP, it sounds like you might be Indigo. You might want to watch some The Killers videos for enlightenment. If you see any weird numbers on the clock (11:11, 4:44) you need to be aware that your DNA is changing and soon you will grow a tail that can be used as a defensive device against our reptilian overlords.

Three, this is probably "magical thinking". It's not insanity or anything, just imaginings by people who are bored or disappointed with their lives, most typically occuring, but by no means limited to, young females.

I believe that many religions may have their beginnings in this ability. but these powers have been forced out of human understanding and replaced by the idea of a "greater deity". Some times these ability's manifest themselves through "The Power of Prayer", although a deity is not really responsible for them. We humans have been basically "Brain Washed" into believing that a deity is the only way to request or control these abilities as a way of controlling the masses. Also known as religion.

I once walked into a room with Who wants to be a millionaire playing on the TV, it was a new epi and I had never seen it before.

My friend was talking to my parents and just as Tarrant was explaining how the next round was gonna go, I said "The answer to the next question is B". No question no answers.

It was B, I think I used remote viewing to see it.
I kind of honed my RV skills with that thing were you guess the shape on the card before flipping it, it was an online one.

I just focus and picture what shape will be behind the door when I reveal it.

I done 100 goes 3 times, 1st 48/100, 2nd Dead on 50/100, 3rd 54/100 graduallly going up as I focused and harder and harder.

I'd just like to point out that it was out of 5 cards. It's a bit spooky when you get like 5 in a row right and I just knew it would be the shape. Get one wrong and then another run of correct ones.

If what you are saying is true, then you are demonstrating psychic abilities that everybody has but that few are able to control or manifest easily. I strongly recommend that you study up on this subject as soon as possible and not rely on comments from random ATSers to determine your thinking or actions in this matter.

You are certainly not alone. There are books about people, mostly children, who are being called "super psychics." Some think that this is a recent manifestation on this planet, though these phenomena have been known about basically forever.

Again: Stay on top of this. If what you say is true you could very easily attract all sorts of slimy rip-off artists trying to sell you this or that idea about how to get rich with your "talent." So learn to hold your own ground on this. It could be important.

Wake others up in your friend circles about it.

Dont talk about it here, its only going to lessen your belief/abilities because of the paid skeptics. think on who a "paid skeptic" is.

Its again 100 percent real, i would only tell you from my own personal experience.

If you are looking for something, like a specific number, you will eventually see it. I have an amazing ability too. If I think of the number 08 and I stare at a clock and really concentrate on it, 08 will come up at least once an hour. Same goes for a tv commercial. A lot of channels will play the same commercials at every break all day.

A mattress, as already stated is not a great amount of weight...

Here is a test for your super powers. Think of me. Concentrate as hard as you can on me. When I don't show up in person, you will now notice that these powers of yours are not powers at all. Just your imagination.

It would be great to be proven wrong though. Let's see it.

Let's just start with something small, I say Three needs to think of you and that you will have a splitting headache with in 3 days of Three really concentrating on you having a splitting headache.

Telekinesis! The same thing as a "ghost in the machine" accept you are aware of it.

True eastern martial arts use quite a bit of visualization and meditation. It's called Mind over matter.

I was fortunate in that all of my masters either originated and learned their arts in the Orient or in the case of my Recon Marine Sensei, obtained his mastery there.

Unfortunately that has been mostly lost here in the US who emphasize only the physical and not the mental aspects of the martial arts.

One very basic example of this mind over matter is when I would teach a novice white belt how to break a wooden board as a confidence booster.

After teaching them how to make a proper hammer fist in order to not injure their hand.

We teach them to how to focus and visualize where we intend to stop our hand without absolutely any regard for the board in between.

It works every time. I have even had little skinny weakling 7 yr old kids successfully do this on their first try.

As we develop as martial artists the emphasis becomes even more about mental focus than the actual physical strength.

The power comes from within and this is the essence of Chi.

Moving your limb normally is already magic an unexplainable. Nobody really knows how quantum physics actually works.

And if you say you can float through the air and move about too, well same thing.

Dont understand people trying to do stuff like this, they already are magic!
