Its home made... SO has been working on this site for the last say 7 yrs, they change things every once in a while..

THe last major change from the old style board to this one was about a yr ago..

Other than that it isnt IBF, PHPBB, Or vbulletin or anything like that..

The core of ATS once upon a time was XMB, however due to the highly customized nature of the site I don't think it can be called XMB anymore, or at least they bought permission to de-brand the site footer.
