Are those "particles" moving?When i stare for longer period of time in the blue sky,i see something i can describe as particles,moving all the time,pretty cool if you ask me.

I see these now and then, little flickers of light. I always assumed it was some microorganism floating in my eye that put off a small flash of light as it produces energy or something.
