As well they should. Regardless of how you view their methods, they at least have a reason for and a purpose to their actions.

LulzSec, on the other hand, has consistently attacked random and unrelated targets, including their fellow hackers in the community, for no stated or discernible reason.
They have even tried to frame AnonOps for their actions, such as the whole month long Sony debacle.

To make an anthropomorphic analogy,
Anon is akin to Batman.
LulzSec is akin to Joker.
